  This company is completely falling apart. I can only imagine that most of the positive reviews are fake (bought) rather than legitimate, because there is no way people are having good experiences with this company. I was dealing with the only competent person in the company (which they let go just a few weeks ago or so now), and was trying to get a job done that I have been told by multiple other companies should only take 2-3 days maximum. Meanwhile, it's going on over SIX MONTHS and STILL waiting on this company!!! Now that they let her go, the only manager there that seemed to know what they were doing, I'm about ready to file a lawsuit against them. Since they let her go, I have since spoken with someone who sounds like a car salesman that spends most of his day staring into a mirror adoring himself. I don't believe we can mention names here specifically, but what I can say is that he is now doing the job the prior manager they let go SHOULD'VE been doing. Absolutely pointless conversation, as he was too busy bragging about himself to actually address my problem (which is a deadline for this NEEDING to be done by). Then, I was blown off by his "I have more important things to do than speak with you" attitude. I can only imagine how horrible the owner must be to promote someone like that. In talking with other people in the industry, I have come across three others in my industry that are waiting on jobs from this company as well. And if you filter the reviews here by the "1-star reviews," you get a FAR more accurate view of the company. As you can see by doing so, there are TONS of others that have also been waiting for months on jobs that should be fairly simple to do. The person I had been dealing with that tried to assist me informed me the company is backed up on tons of jobs, and that the owner kept pushing her to use cheaper roofers to do their work to save a buck, which is why they're so backed up (and are botching numerous jobs they have).   Awful communication! Show up at 7am 1 day early. A wonderful way to be woken up! Finished in a day but left the dumpster in the driveway for two days. Failed to take ownership of their contractor’s work and had to have their hands forced to remove it so I can park inside my garage. Pity a negative score isn’t possible.

  I cannot recommend this company. The communication and customer service throughout the whole process awful. Ed, the sales rep, came to my house for the initial quote and was fantastic. He gave me all the information I needed, and throughout the entire process he answered all of the questions I had within minutes. Ed went above and beyond and had excellent customer service. But the excellent customer service began and ended with Ed. For my scheduled project date I was told the crew would be at house at 7am. It was 9am and still no one was there, so I messaged the project manager Imran and asked about the situation and told me they were running behind but they were now only 20 minutes away. Another hour goes by still nobody, so I call again and I again am told there is another issue but they are now 15 minutes away. Another hour goes by still nobody. I call Imran again and this time he tells me the crew went to the wrong address and now one will be here for another hour. An hour goes by and still nobody. I call Imran again and asked again what the deal is, and he again said that he just got word from the crew that they are 20 minutes away. 30 minutes go by and still nobody. It is now 2pm and now one single guy in a pickup truck shows up and says he is going to start working on the roof. I asked where everyone else was, and you can guess what he said. "20 minutes away". I asked what had happened throughout the day and he told me a completely different story from what Imran had been telling me all day. I had a feeling Imran had been lying about the situation all day but that confirmed it right there. I then called again and asked where everyone else was, as common sense tells you its 2pm and the roof has not been started yet and if single guy starts on the roof and no one else comes I am going to be left with a partially opened roof overnight, so I asked where everyone was and Imran was telling me that there were already 3 people at my house and 5 more are on the way. I

  I had an outstanding experience with this roofing company from start to finish. They came out quickly, inspected my roof, provided a fair and detailed quote, and had my entire roof replaced in just one day. The whole process was smooth, professional, and incredibly efficient. The crew was punctual, hardworking, and left everything clean when they finished. It’s not easy to find a company that’s both trustworthy and delivers on what they promise, but they absolutely did.
