  Mitchell roofing was working at our nextdoor neighbor's house. Material flew into our backdoor glass window and it shattered. It's been 2 weeks and still NOTHING is resolved. I hear excuses every day when I call asking for an update from assistant Noel, manager Andy, & 0 response from owner Mitchell. This is unacceptable from a supposedly "high rating" company. We will continue to press and take time out of busy lives to continue to call EVERY DAY to get our window replaced IMMEDIATELY and not give up on this incredibly inconvenient issue. I hope this company does the right thing as we were innocent neighbors during their construction demo when our property got destroyed. UPDATE DEC: They replaced our door window and all is fixed!

You accepted the updates that we gave you regarding production of your cement tiles which put us right on target for the completion of your roof. Even though we had 3 major storms pass through our area during your waiting period we were still able to fulfill the updated timeline that was given to you by our customer service representatives during their calls with you. It is unfortunate that you chose to have your new driveway installed before your new concrete tile roof could be completed, but as we explained to you, the material suppliers took every precaution when delivering your materials. This was evidenced in the photos we provided for you when you brought it to our attention. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and your family.

  We just had our new roof put on yesterday. From the start with Scott Macdonald the sales person and all the to the guys that replaced it they were awesome and did a great job. Very professional. ***Change of review*** after the roof was done and we paid in full with even a paid invoice 2 days later they texted me that we owed a additional $1450.00 and we were trying to close on our home and felt like this was a scare tactic. Then I stepped on a roofing nail plus got 2 nails in our golf cart then looked though the yard and found 4 more. And was told they ran a magnet though the yard which they did not. We were happy at first.

That is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and your concerns are absolutely valid. Regarding the additional cost, we understand how upsetting it must have been to receive that notice after payment and during such a critical time like your home closing. After further review, we expedited your invoice so you could move forward with closing, that this was an oversight on our part and we have addressed this internally with the appropriate team members. As for the cleanup, it's especially concerning to hear that nails were found after our team was supposed to have completed the magnetic sweep. The safety of you and your family is extremely important to us, and we are taking this issue seriously. We've spoken with Scott and he will be reaching out to you personally and will return to the jobsite to run the magnet again. We truly appreciate your initial praise of our team, and we are disappointed that we didn’t uphold that same level of trust through to the end.

  The roof ended up costing me about $4,000 over quoted price but I wasn't notified until after the project was done. Multiple times I called the project manager and he wouldn't answer and then text me back hours later or not at all. I called the main office to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold for 10 minutes to then say that they would call me back and never did. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Just to add on - the flat roof that was installed at the same time as my sloped roof wasn't properly sealed and was coming apart all the way around causing water to leak through my ceiling. This is a shady company and I beg anyone that values their money to not use them.

  From quote to completion we have had an incredible experience with Mitchell Roofing. Our sales rep Buddy was extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions or concerns we had from start to finish. They were competitively priced with superior materials. We went with a standing seam metal roof and love it. The quality is top notch and our install team led by Pedro did an impeccable job at keeping the job site clean and installation on schedule. We would recommend Buddy, and the entire Mitchell Roofing team to anyone looking for a superior roof job backed by a team that does the job right the first time.

  Mitchell’s Roofing did a great job for us . At all stages of the process . This was a year and a half ago . February 2025 was when our 17 year old roof was replaced . Originally, I got several estimates and chose them in October 2024. However, the hurricanes times two came and delayed the replacement because of widespread damage everywhere . We live in Tierra Verde . First of all, Aiden was the young representative who did a great job with the initial estimate and taking many photos of our roof and the damage that needed to be fixed. There was a delay until February to do the roof because of the hurricanes creating a backlog. However, once they started, they did it in 3 to 4 days with multiple teams and my daughter and wife watched them and they were thorough and very conscientious. They replaced a lot of damaged wood and we put on the best Owen Corning shingles offered. They also replaced two skylights . They provide numerous digital photos to document the work and their process. Useful for homeowners insurance purposes but also nice to see it ourselves . The final completion was further delayed trying to get a water This is spout drainage system put in on the back roof. This took multiple tries to perfect since I have a second story in the back . It was finally completed. But they are very patient and did not press us for final payment until we were satisfied. I corresponded with Marki multiple times in their office and she was great during the process . The roof has been great for the last year and a half. I always meant to leave a great review but finally able to get to it.

  Buddy Snider and crew did great job helping me with attic ventilation problem with excellent solar attic fan. One thing in Florida - you want the attic space to breathe, and now it does.

  I would like to thank Mitchell Roofing for a job well done. This is the second job they’ve done for us. They are a for real roofing company that does their own work. My salesman Buddy gave me a fair and competitive price, my crew foreman Francisco, was awesome and had a can do attitude, went above and beyond, and didn’t cut any corners. There was way more deck damage than was expected as well as an extra layer of roofing, but it didn’t slow Francisco and his crew down at all. 3 days from start to finish. They were very busy at this time of year, as expected, but worth the wait. I will use Mitchell again on my next project. Thanks again to Francisco and crew, Buddy, Andy, and the office staff for exceeding expectations.

  I recently hired Mitchell Roofing for a roofing project and they did a great job! They were very timely, showing up when promised and completing the job on schedule.   Buddy and his crew with Mitchell Roofing did an amazing job. His Forman, Benito was great. He kept everything very clean and picked up the whole time. They worked very hard from 8:00 am till 7:00 pm. My roof turned out beautiful. I give them a 10. I love my new roof. I couldn’t be happier.
