  TERRIBLE COMPANY. I bought a house where this company did the roof. The roof is about two years old. I have the original receipt with a 7 year Labor and workmanship warranty, Limited lifetime warranty through shingle manufacture, And seven year labor and workmanship warranty on the siding. The chimney lifted and created a hole in the roof. I reached out to this company because of the warranty and was told that I would have to pay for it because the chimney was not new at the time of the roof repair. It took them a month to come reseal the chimney. I HAD to be the one to keep contacting them to get the work done. They constantly rescheduled. But I had to ask for the next day they could come out. I have picture proof and text message proof. I paid for them to reseal the chimney even though I have a warranty. Now this month, I have water coming from the roof that has ruined a bathroom and a living room wall. I called this company before I had anyone else come inspect my house. They did not answer. I’ve had three different companies inspect and my insurance inspector out here. My insurance will not pay for the repairs Because the shingles are intact. But something in the roof repairs has allowed water into my ceiling. I do not have a second floor. Water came from the roof. I have been calling this company and no one answers the phone. They are not BBB accredited. It’s a waste of your time to choose this company. They will dodge you when you have a problem.

  Sunset Home Improvements recently completed a roof replacement job for me. They had to stay on the job and fight with the insurance company for over a year. We finally got a settlement from the insurance company and proceed with the roof replacement Their work was top-notch.

  This company is amazing! The owner Patric is a great guy, he helped me so much after a storm came through and destroyed my roof and other parts of my house. He made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. The crew did a great job and had everything finished in a day. I would hands down recommend this company to anyone!

  I am so pleased with Sunset Home Improvement. The team did an amazing job on my roof. They took out all of the stress that comes with home improvements and is also a veteran like my husband. If you need any work done don’t hesitate to use this company. Five stars plus.

  Its quite simple...you WILL struggle to find a more engaged, transparent, and responsive professional contractor than Patrick and his crews. From the first step of the process to the last, his communication and focus on providing my family with a quality experience and end-product, was excellent. As with most, I could've easily been taken advantage of, but he took the time to explain the process and made sure we understood the financial pieces before we even set a start date. From another perspective: My expectations from a brother Veteran, unjustly or not, will always be higher than most would expect...and I think Patrick eagerly accepts that challenge. He has a very high sense a pride that he wore the uniform and after spending any amount of time with him, you'll sense that he dutifully carries that same pride in his day-to-day duties of taking care of his clients and his family.
