  I would love to be able to give them a stellar review, but I can’t. The written quote they gave me to sign more than doubled after I agreed to give them the job and an hour before I was going to drop off the down-payment. To be fair, they texted to apologize and offered to see what they could do to try to make it right, but there is really no fixing a bait and switch. Be careful choosing a contractor. It’s become really tough.

  From start to finish, our experience with Intercept Roofing & Construction was exceptional. Owners Riley and Trace provided amazing communication throughout the entire process and took the time to thoroughly explain every step, making sure we felt informed and confident in every decision. They went to bat for us with our insurance company, ensuring everything was covered appropriately and completed to current building codes. Their commitment to honesty and integrity was evident throughout, and we never felt like they were trying to pad the bill or push anything unnecessary. Alex even brought roofing samples to our home so we could see the options in person and be certain we chose exactly what we wanted. On installation day, project managers Simeon and Chris made sure everything ran seamlessly. The tear-off and installation crew worked like a well-oiled machine. Every person knew their role, worked quickly and efficiently, and still paid close attention to detail and quality workmanship. It was impressive to watch. The entire team demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and craftsmanship that is hard to find today. I only wish I could find contractors of this caliber in every trade. If you’re looking for a roofing company that truly cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend Intercept Roofing & Construction.

  My roof got damaged in a strorm. Intercept roofing was prompt and professional and assisted the same day. They took care all of the administrative burden that comes with insurance as well. Very positive experience

  Lucas came out to do an inspection on a home I was potentially going to buy. It would have been the first home I’d ever purchased. He was very thorough in his inspection and noticed things I would have never thought to look at. He was willing to talk with me about the inspection afterwards and answer any questions I had. I did not buy this home but I will be using Lucas for my roof inspections on any home I’m thinking of buying in my house hunt. 100% recommend.

  Tyler and Lucas have both done exceptional work for my clients. I have referred intercept to multiple clients and received feedback of their work directly from the client.
