  They do not respect no soliciting signs. I do not appreciate unwelcomed knocking and ringing of my doorbell. I would never use a company that operates like this.

  The company did some repairs on my roof which blew off with in 6 months of time of installations. At the time I was taking care of a serious illness that my wife needed a heart transplant and so my life was dedicated too her in that time I had to carefully watch our funds. Well i hade a home owners inspection marking there work as shabby and not even the correct color. So I I was unable to pay them immediately but did pay them. So I called them to at least come out and look and now I am in a condition to pay for the repairs. As my wife passed away Christmas morning of 2024. So I got a call back saying because I didn’t pay in time that they could not do business with quote I did pay them and communicate them over this two year period of time Heartless company and would I would not recommend Tim leaper to anyone who would want to do business with such a heartless company. May god bless your company with riches beyond your imagination. One day your company and people working for you maybe in this situation themselves.

During that time, we remained in communication and honored our original commitment without applying late fees or additional charges. When you recently contacted us for additional work, we made the difficult decision to decline, not out of a lack of compassion, but due to the extended non-payment history, which impacts our ability to serve all customers fairly and sustainably. We’re sorry you feel let down. While we may not agree on every detail, please know this decision wasn’t made lightly or without consideration for your circumstances.   We called Tim Leeper Roofing for an estimate on getting our pipe boots replaced as well as swap out a malfunctioning attic fan. After we called to give the go-ahead on the work we did not hear back for a week. Finally, we called and they said that our contract had been approved and they'd get back to us soon for scheduling. Another week goes by with no communication, so we contacted them again and heard that they would schedule us soon. The next morning, without notice, or even a call before hand, a repairman shows up. Later on in the day, after the repairman had left, we noticed that our attic was extremely warm. When we inspected it, the brand new fan that we just paid to have put in wasn't even hooked up and running. We had to finish the install ourselves.

  We are grateful for your business and are disheartened that it resulted in a 2 star review. Our estimators use a pricing guide, which was shown on the repair contract. This cost is based on what is required to provide a long-term repair for your roofing issue, not just a quick "fix." We are confident in the repair we completed. Our hope is that you will trust us again with any future roofing issues.

  I paid good money to Tim Leeper roofing to tear off old roofing and install new roofing in August of 2022. In the middle of June of 2023, I had to get on my roof to clean out my gutters. I realize there were many problems with my roof. Had I not climbed on the roof, I wouldn’t have known about these issues until I found a leak or something. By then, the warranty would have been expired and the company would not have been liable for the damages. A couple of them issues could cause water damage during storms. I called the company to report my issues on 16 June 2023. It is still under warranty. It is now 18 July 2023 and they still have not corrected the problem. I spoke with, Dalton today because they were scheduled to come out the afternoon of 13 July 2023. They did not show up or contact me to let me know. Today, I was told that they have other installs that have been postponed due to weather conditions. What about the condition of my roof? Does the company even worry about its existing customers? They should! The company seems to prioritize money coming in over money already paid. At this point, I don’t think I could recommend this company. Oh, by the way, they didn’t even start the original roofing job on time due to them sending someone else’s roofing material to my address and mine to someone else’s address. Good luck if you use this company.

  We had a roof and gutters replaced in 2019 with a 5 year warranty. Fast forward 4 years to 2023 the gutters were detaching from the house. There was no fascia board installed with the gutters. We also found out the drip edge was not installed on the roof. Shotty work to say the least…Getting Tim Leeper to repair the issues was like pulling teeth. These problems luckily were discovered prior to us putting a roof on another house in 2023. Tim Leeper was not willing to reach out to our insurance and we were advised that we would need to be the middle man. Tim Leeper did tarp the roof on this property in a timely manner which did keep the roof from leaking, kudos. At the time we did not ask the price for roof tarping which was my fault, however $350 seems a bit expensive in my opinion. Needless to say, customer service and follow-up was nonexistent, quality of workmanship was poor, there was no price transparency until the invoice was received 4 months after work. Based on the following facts we would not recommend Tim Leeper for your roofing needs.

The pictures you posted are prior to us coming back to do good faith repairs; repairs that amounted to home maintenance needs that were outside the scope of our responsibility. Should you need a roofer in the future, we hope we have an opportunity to rebuild lost trust.

  I had storm damage. When the Sales Manager showed up, I felt he was borderline rude and didnt appear to be interested in the job. I would NOT recommend them. He just was not helpful.

  Had my roof installed by Tim Leeper Roofing. Andy Price was my contact person, very professional and informative. Made the project easy and seamless. Definitely recommend Andy and Tim Leeper roofing.

  I just had a new roof and gutters installed and couldn't be happier with the product and professionalism of Tim Leeper Roofing. I chose them because of the fair price and most of all because of their fantastic warranty that is above and beyond what their competitors offer. Communication was excellent and the job was completed without any issues. The team cleaned up well behind themselves and everything went smoothly. I recommend Tim Leeper Roofing for all of your roofing and gutter replacement needs!

  Easy to work with, very responsive, excellent work ethic and fast. We were amazed they were able to get the roof done in only 1 day. Place was spotless afterwards. Did everything they said they would, documented with pictures and communicated thoroughly along the way. Will be working with them on some additional house and barn renovations as well. Highly recommend these folks.

  Andy has been absolutely incredible every time he’s come out to inspect our roof. He’s one of the very few honest and trustworthy workers I’ve had out. He truly wants the best for the customer, both short term and long term. Can’t recommend enough!

  Truly cannot say enough good things about Andy! He was incredibly thorough with determining where my roof leak was coming from. Out of the 3 roofing companies I called out, Andy was the only roofer that went into my attic (not an easy task) to confirm the diagnosis. I feel incredibly confident moving forward!!

  Tom Leeper was so easy to work with!!! They help and walk you through the process and what they would do to fix the problems. We have a pool and covered the pool to keep dirty and trash out of the pool. Even did the little things you don’t ask for them to do on the roof. Andy our sales rep was very helpful and timely. If I was not able to talk at them time he always called back when asked when I was available. They checked my roof wood after tear off and checked the roof and fixed the bad roofing boards. They just don’t fix your roof you get to know them personally!!

  Tim Leeper roofing is by far the best roofing company I have used they recently did some work for me there was communication problem on some of the work and after I contacted them they went above and beyond correcting the issue and I will use them from now on for any roofing needs that arise I’ve had issues with other companies and would Not correct or complete the job contracted to the point of saying well just sue us knowing small claims courts aren’t worth the trouble even saying they have never been sued and lost but Tim Leeper is top notch and I highly recommend them for your roofing needs

  Andy and the gang @ Tim Leeper have done repairs for us in the past, and this year post ice storm they came through and helped us with a full roof replacement... and did an amazing job. On site crew were amazing, worked through some serious weather, and the communications btwn office and us was top notch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND using these guys!

  I recently had a roof repair and called for an estimate. They were very prompt in coming out and thorough in the inspection. I had the repair scheduled and finished in less than a week. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and kind.

  I worked primarily with Kris, and he was outstanding throughout the entire process. I was coordinating multiple contractors for repairs involving my chimney, roof, flashing, and fascia boards, and Kris consistently went above and beyond. When insurance delays complicated things, he was patient, responsive, and helped ensure I wasn't spending money unnecessarily. His team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with.
