  I would give zero stars in possible. The worst experience ever. Best Choice installed my roof 3 years ago and I’ve had leaks every year since. My roof is still under warranty and I now have a leak that I’ve been getting the run around on fixing for over a month. Terrible communication overall. I’m one step away from paying for a third party to repair and seeking help from the courts.

  Best Choice Roofing performed a repair on my roof a few years ago. However, the repair was completed using the wrong color and brand shingles and was not properly reported to the insurance company. Fast forward to today: my roof recently sustained wind damage from a storm. The insurance company is now refusing to cover the new damage because the previous repair is not uniform with the rest of the roof. More than likely I will never get a new roof covered through insurance no matter what damage happens and will now have to pay full price now.

  No communication! Have been calling for a receipt for years for full payment! They make appointments to finish repair from storm damage but don't call, don't show up. This interrupts my husband's business. He makes appointments and has to cancel bc of roofers no show! This is more than inconvenient!!! We are very pleased with our roof but the lack of communication has soured the experience.

  They make everything seem okay until they run across something they messed up and cant fix. My roof was completed 3/25 water damaged was caused to my roof I'm still waiting for payment to fix interior damage. Too many people to talk to not to get the issue solved. Everything was going good until the end.

  If they can’t comprehend something as simple as the sign on my door that says, “Please do not knock or ring bell” I have serious questions that they could handle the intricacies of literally any roof.

  Terrible, process started in May went into October with no start date. Nothing but problems. Finally got my down payment back. No one I talked to could tell the truth. They kept blaming someone else for the problems. If looking for a roof replacement in East Tennessee call Tried and True roofing. Honest and showed up when he says he will.

  Great experience working with Scott for my roof inspection. He was professional and personable! Would highly recommend asking for him to help with your new roof. He helped with the headache of dealing with my difficult insurance company to work out the details. Thank you again!

  Best Choice roofing did a great job. They cleaned up their mess. Ive tried looking to nails and can’t seem to find any. Their workers got the job done in 2 hours, and even for a smaller sized roof, that surprised me. Ben the salesman that helped me out was great at communicating during the planning period and made sure all my needs were met. I would suggest them to anyone that needs a new roof. I can’t thank their entire team enough for being respectful and professional.

  Sherrie and every member of the team worked with me through difficulties with my mortgage company to get my roof done, i didn't have to do much of anything they handled everything from start to finish. When the roofing team got there they finished the job in 1 day and cleaned up their mess and mine all around my house had several foreman come out double checked the work and cleanliness of the crew,also dealt with the mortgage and insurance company afterwards to get the compensation money from them i paid $0 to get my roof done and was completely happy with the service and 5yr warranty that came with it.

  The work was well done and the roofers were polite and respectful. Our air conditioner was accidentally damaged and had to be replaced. The roofers were very apologetic and Best Choice reimbursed us for the air conditioner replacement. My only concern was that I missed work one and a half days when we were told roofers would be there and they did not show. Communication between the roofers and homeowner needs improvement. Over all I am very satisfied and would recommend this company.

  Our experience with Best Choice Roofing was nothing short of an awesome success. Our sales rep, Jacob Marchino was helpful from the start in every way possible. He made sure everything went smoothly from the insurance claim to the installation process of our new roof. He was quick to act, quick to respond any time we reached out, very polite and made what could have been a homeowners worst nightmare into the replacement of a beautiful new roof. The construction team also came to do the job and they did not stop until it was complete. They were respectful, cleaned up any old debris better than I can even elaborate on. They started at 7am and worked until dark (830-9pm) making sure they didn’t leave any nails, old shingles, and any other waste from the job. They were prominent and very thorough. Mr. Marchino still continues to answer any questions and listens to any concerns we have had even after the job was done. We couldn’t have worked with any better of a company and are very grateful and pleased with the work that was put into our home. I highly recommend Best choice Roofing and ask for Jacob, he definitely went above and beyond for us and we are highly appreciative to him and his team.

  When I needed my roof done, I searched the internet for the best company in town with the best reputation. I found Best Choice Roofing and contacted them. They responded quickly, and I got a consultation with a representative named Chance. He was great and explained the whole process to me, including how they would work with my insurance to cover everything. The work was done far better than I could have imagined, and I am extremely pleased with the results! My neighbors even praised the quality of the work and may even give them a call soon for their roofing needs. A+
