  Avoid this place…especially in Murfreesboro. They do not do a good job and will threaten you if you try to force them to finish a job. What was an easy siding repair job turned into a 4 trip nightmare. AND they are too expensive!

  Jesse, we are disappointed to see this review because it does not actively reflect the level of communication, documentation, and effort that went into this project before any work began. Pricing was fully reviewed and approved by the customer. Throughout the process our team, maintained communication, documented the repair process, and made multiple trips specifically to ensure the siding repair and color matched expectations as closely as possible. Construction and exterior repairs can sometimes require additional adjustments to achieve the best possible result, especially when working with existing materials, aging siding, or discontinued colors. Despite that, our team continued to respond, coordinate, and work toward resolution well beyond what many companies would have. We take customer concerns, seriously, but we also believe review should fairly represent the full scope of the experience. A one star review, suggesting threats or lack of effort, does not align with the documented communication and repeated attempts we made to complete the repair to the customer satisfaction. Trustedroofing remains committed to standing behind our work, communicating professionally, and treating every customer fairly, during, and after the job is complete. Too any future customers, please know reading this we will always choose transparency because of our documentation.

  I don't know how I got into the database for Trusted Roofing, but over the past week, I have been getting calls from them multiple times a day. I have asked that they stop but they continue to call. I have not made any inquires to any one about needing a roof. These cold calls show such a lack of respect. I AM ON DO NOT CALL REGISTRY!

  Reggie, I’m sorry you keep getting calls and understand your frustration. However, as I explained to you yesterday, it is actually not us calling you. With AI and bots some people can call from a number that appears to be ours, but it isn’t us. We have blocked your number. We would never be so disrespectful as to keep calling someone who asked us not to. If you could kindly remove this egregious 1-star review we would be so grateful 😊

  Good afternoon Geanine, I want to start by thanking you for the opportunity to earn your business. I hate you feel like there wasn’t enough communication. I spoke with our salesman David Dulaney and looked over your customer profile and communications between you and David. I see we actually signed contract with you on the 16th and were able to perform the repair within less than 5 business days after. David notified you through txt message on the 22nd that the work would be done on the 23rd which was completed. Also with our standard procedure final photos were sent to you today the 24th and David tried to call twice with no answer. I hope this message comes off as kind and not abrasive. We'd like to make it right by returning at no charge to pressure wash and flush the system, remove remaining granules and dirt, and properly secure or retap the hangers for both appearance and function.
