  Appointment for today at 9am for re-roof was made on Monday. I had planned for this appointment by clearing my AM work schedule and co-ordinating rest of morning to be at my home and available for a Sunrise rep’s arrival. At 9:40 am a call from office staff stating “I was able to get in touch w/ the roofing specialist and unfortunately he’s not able to come out” What does “able to get in touch mean?” “was he not aware?” She couldn’t provide a sound logical reason only that i had an appointment w/ them at 9 am today. To which I replied that I would not be using your service due to the fact you cost me money and negatively effected other people’s schedules around me” She said “ok, that’s no problem” 🤦‍♀️ Apparently she doesn’t understand finances and consequences of actions.Sadly, the work could have been outstanding!! But the voice of the staff are the front lines. Could not gain trust after this.

  Crew showed up at 6:15 am and proceeded to begin removing the roof of my neighbors house making an un-godly amount of noise. Asked them to refrain until at least 7 am as I have sick child at home sleeping of course none of the workers spoke any English and so they continued. Will find out if they are documented today

  Horrible drivers almost crashed my car at a light. Someone else would’ve let you hit them to get a lawsuit. Next time be careful of your driving specially in BVL.

  1)A working dish was removed but not reinstalled, they offered a discount instead, who does that? 2) Brick work was destroyed without asking for permission permanently changing the appearance of the house. 3) The flashing is not up to par compared to their own previous work.

  I’m a returning customer, and once again Sunrise Roofing truly impressed me. This time, Kelvin and his team went above and beyond. We had a roof leak, and Kelvin (Roofing Specialist) and his coworker conducted a professional inspection of both the roof and the attic. They quickly identified the source of the leak and scheduled the repair within the same week. On the repair day, Kelvin was on-site and followed through the entire process from start to finish. His team not only completed the scoped repair work with high quality, but also went the extra mile by fixing additional issues left by the original builder—ensuring the leak would not happen again. They took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. They also proactively inspected other areas of the roof, checking for popped nails and loose shingles. I’m very impressed with their communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and high-quality workmanship. Highly recommend!

  Maria and her team at Sunrise Roofing are awesome! The have helped many of my customers with their new roofs and repairs. They are expeditious and very fairly priced. Quality and communication are excellent. They just finished a roof replacement on one of my listings. They knew we were in a rush to get it done. So, the team worked long hours. I saw the new roof today and the property was super clean. No leftover nails. No tar paper. They took extra care to protect the screen enclosure. They even found a gutter company to replace a small section at the last minute. I can't say enough good things about this hard working and conscientious company except Call Them!

  I had an excellent experience with this roofing company! From start to finish, they were fast, punctual, good pricing and incredibly easy to work with. The team communicated clearly, showed up exactly when they said they would, and completed the roof replacement efficiently and professionally. It’s rare to find a company that combines great customer service with such high-quality work. Highly recommended!
