  I called Summit and they responded within the same week to take a look at my issue. Two gentlemen arrived on time and did an inspection, they were very friendly. They said the office would provide a quote within a couple of days. The quote never came. I called and left multiple messages and I still never heard back. I wish they would have told me they weren't interested in the work rather than keep me waiting.

  In a nutshell, this company showed up last minute. I proposed that my neighbor might appreciate a roof inspection, per permission. They climbed two houses over? Never presented an accurate photo of MY roof, instead jacked up a verbal quote of $1200 to $8000. ...he's been doing roofing 26 years? Quite a miscalculation. Waiting to hear from "the owner".

  Unfortunately, there’s nothing positive I can say about this contractor. I have a leak in my roof, and when I called them to come take a look, it took forever for them to get out here. Then, when the guy did come, he wasn’t able to do anything because he had no ladder so he couldn’t go look at my roof. When he came back, he said that upon inspection, the leak was coming from my dryer vent being blocked. This made no sense to me, so I didn’t pursue fixing it. After going up into the attic myself while it was raining, I can clearly see where there’s water dripping down. This went completely unnoticed by the guy who came. So to recap: they took forever to come to my house, needed to come multiple times, and then misdiagnosed the problem. I don’t know how a roofing contractor can be worse than that.

  Summit Roofing arrived at my house for a free estimate of very minor roof repair. Did not hear back from them, so I called about a week later, and I was told they would contact the contractor and get back to me. A week later and still no call. I do not think they want to do this job because its a minor repair, but regardless, the 1/5 stars is for failing to contact me back.

  I’m a pretty picky homeowner, and living in a gated community means I’m especially particular about the quality of work and how contractors treat the property. The crew showed up early on an extremely hot day, and I can honestly say they were some of the hardest-working guys I’ve seen in a long time. Everyone was respectful, professional, and worked nonstop. The entire roof was completed and everything cleaned up in about 36 hours or less. Job manager came by after the work was finished to inspect everything and make sure the job was done right and that I was completely satisfied. Even my neighbors were impressed with the work and how the crew handled everything. They ended up calling the company for their own new roof, which is being installed this week. Very pleased!!

  Truly professional team over at Summit Roofing. Had them do a metal wrap on exposed wood that was getting eaten by carpenter bees and the team fixed everything and did an amazing job at a great price. Thank you

  Asked Summit Roofing for quote to fix what I thought was a problem with my roof. Luis dropped by, reviewed the situation and reported that my roof was fine, no problem. I am very pleased and appreciative of such honesty! If any friends or family need roofing I will definitely recommend them to Summit.

  Had a great experience with Summit roofing from start to finish. Shannon was wonderful to work with, she replied fast with emails and stayed in touch through the whole process. The roofers did a great job replacing my roof, and skylights. I appreciate the extra time and care that went into installing my skylights, we had some hiccups along the way. Thank you guys so much

  Just had our 20+ year old roof replaced by Summit, worked directly with Anibal from start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and the finished product. The quality of the work is just unmatched, plain and simple. And the customer service from Anibal and his team was just above and beyond.   If you're looking for quality work in regard to roofing needs, look no further than Summit Roofing. Summit Roofing resolved our rather minor roof repairs with remarkable efficiency. From Luis who initially assessed our need, to Pablo who skillfully remediated our problems, to office staff (Roxanne and Shannon) who were a delight to work with, I will not hesitate to call them for any future needs.

  Summit Roofing recently completed replacement of our roof and gutter system. Not only were they the most reasonably priced, the sales staff and workers were friendly and professional. Additionally, they took great care in ensuring the surrounding area was clean and clear of debris (nails especially) after completing the work.   Summit Roofing is a professional, well-managed contractor. From the minute I met Sam III — yes, three generations of the Fullerton family have worked in this business — I knew our roof replacement project was in good hands. He listened to our concerns, explained the roofing products he used, and returned a clear detailed proposal in a few days. The price was in line with other proposals and he returned calls promptly. The job took only two days: one for shingle delivery to the top of the roof, and one to do the roof replacement, including vents and a new attic fan! The crews were awesome and neighbors across the street were fascinated with the efficiency and safety of them! Thanks so much, Sam III!
