I called to see about roof repair in the Covington area. The number disconnected twice on the initial ring but I did receive a call back. The young lady was far from inviting and I could tell she did not want to deal with anything. when I told her where I was calling from she said, yeah we don’t service that area as though I clearly should not have even bothered. I did say you should probably remove that from your ad and she responded we probably should. I’m so glad this happened prior to any of my time being wasted

We contacted Ebenezer Roofing after observing the roof replacement being done on a neighbor's home. The quote presented for an asphalt shingle and gutter replacement with guards was fair and competitive with others. We thought Kellman was honest, very responsive, and knowledgeable and he did not use high pressure sales tactics. The work crew knew what they were doing and we were very satisfied with the work done. From our experience, our son also used Ebenezer for a full plywood and asphalt shingle replacement on his home. We are satisfied customers!

Ebenezer actually solved a roof leak that was introduced by a shoddy roof replacement install and had already survived one failed repair attempt. They removed all the old flashing layers, installed a proper water barrier, and reformed the J-channel at a problem window with upturned ends and drainage folds so water can't pool there anymore. I ran a hose test afterward and it passed clean — no leak after several minutes in all the spots that used to leak. Quality workmanship, and reasonable pricing given the scope of what needed fixing. My only note is that communication around scheduling and arrival could have been clearer, and it would've been great to get some in-progress photos of the work. But the repair itself was done right, which is what matters most after everything it took to get there. Would recommend for anyone with a persistent roof issue that other companies couldn't nail down.

After reviewing the positive feedback of Ebenezer and meeting with Dadwin, we requested a quote to replace our roof. The price we received was fair and we decided to go forward with not just the main roof, but also our gazebo and shed. In addition, we had Ebenezer replace a skylight, all of our gutters, the wood fascia trim around the house with PVC, and our shutters. We were very pleased with the outcome. We highly recommend Ebenezer for the quality of their work, the professionalism of their staff, the friendliness of their crew, and the competitiveness of their price.

It was an excellent job done. The roofer (all of them) is very courteus. As a matter of fact, one of my neighbor is also needing repair of her roof. I told her that your company is very honest and knowlegeble. Thank very much! for a job well done. Ricky A.

OMG our roof looks AMAZING! Ebenezer was professional from start to finish. The team arrived prepared, staged the area after the material delivery, and began to work immediately. You could instantly feel the harmony and coordination among the crew — they instinctively knew their roles and executed with confidence. The installation took just two days. They cleaned up thoroughly, and any questions or concerns we had throughout the process were addressed immediately. That level of responsiveness speaks volumes about the communication between the front office and the installation team. I 100% recommend Ebenezer. As an Architect and Construction Project Manager, this is exactly what a successful project delivery should look like.
