  I recently engaged Bryan with Modern Remodeling for a project, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. From start to finish, the service provided by Bryan and his team fell short of expectations, particularly in terms of communication and customer engagement. One of the primary issues was Bryan's lack of willingness to provide updates or even a simple courtesy call when en route to the site. Despite assurances during the initial consultation, where punctuality and effective communication were emphasized, Bryan failed to uphold these promises. This lack of communication not only led to frustration but also resulted in wasted time waiting for his arrival without any prior notice. .Trena & Tina were a pleasure with getting my information swiftly and with professionalism.

  Horrible experience debris all over property including coffee cups and thermos. Water bottles. Debris from pulling out the old siding what a joke and what a mess !!! window caps damaged and then they repaired them. Left ladders on property. Tore up front lawn with their trucks used brooms and related items took my quality broom and left me with worn out one. Pathetic and aggravating overall would never use again received an apology wow! Good luck to this company because their decide to customers is unacceptable 👎

  Did not adhere to timeline. Did not adhere to contract. Difficult to work with. Management seemed too focused on blaming staff versus managing projects and committments.

  They came out to do an estimate 3 weeks ago for a small kitchen job. Chuck claimed he would have the estimate by the end of the week, then the next week, then he stopped responding all together. Update: They eventually were able to complete the job but it did take a significant amount of time and a lot of back and forth. Final product was acceptable.

  We recently completed a full home rebuild with Modern Remodeling after a house fire, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. Through the entire process, they were helpful, thoughtful and extremely professional. Communication was always prompt and clear. The overall workmanship really shows the pride they take in their work. Walking back into our completed home was an incredible moment, and we are so grateful to them for helping us through this long journey. We highly recommend them for their integrity, quality, and professionalism.

  I had a small water leak in my home that unfortunately required the flooring to be removed from my entire main level since the specific flooring was no longer manufactured. Several things had to be removed/replaced in order to replace the flooring. Adrian from MRI was excellent. He cared for my home as he would care for his own home. He, and his colleagues at MRI, explained everything to me in a very simple way, since I don't know much about homes. The end product was excellent and stress free. I highly recommend MRI for anyone who wants a professional to handle a complicated project and remove you from the stress associated with coordinating with multiple vendors and contractors. A+ service by MRI.

  Modern Remodeling is a top notch company! They replaced my siding and roof after a fire. The quality of the work is excellent. They also did a phenomenal job administratively. I interacted with Adam, Trina, and Alyssa who are all proactive, professional, intelligent, friendly, polite, and responsive. They pushed other parties that would have delayed (insurance and solar) so that the project stayed progressing. They always kept me informed on what and when the next thing was happening. It made the entire project stress free. I HIGHLY recommend them.

  I reached out to Modern Remodeling to have an access ladder installed for my attic. Almost immediately I was greeted by a statuesque man named David Ireland. His firm, yet gentle handshake let me know I was in good hands. He had a subtle musk that could only be described as Armani cologne and sandalwood that reminded me of my father's loving embrace. After exchanging pleasantries, I showed him upstairs to where I thought I would need to put the pull down ladder. He sprung into action, as though he had been trained from birth for this. Jumping through the access panel and disappearing into the darkness of the cavernous attic, he was able to confirm my deepest fears, the joists ran perpendicular to the direction i wanted to put the ladder. I was noticeably distraught by this revelation. David, seeing this, came over to me. He told me that everything was going to be alright, as he softly brushed my cheek with the back of his hand. And in that moment, I believed him. He returned quickly, a week later, with two carpenters and the ladder in tow. David directed them masterfully. They did a marvelous job securing the frame and also showing me how to use my newly installed ladder. David followed up with me that day asking for pictures. He was very supportive throughout this whole process and really made me feel like he was taking care of it as though it was his own home. I would certainly recommend David Ireland and Modern Remodeling to anyone who has any needs.

  Jesse was great. He assesed our roof for damage and provided us with an estimate . He also was able to advise that we could get the repair completed by a handyman because of the damage not being that severe. I would definitely call again for their help.

  I would like to share my experience with Modern Remodeling Inc with everyone. This company has been working hard to make everything complete with our repairs. Jesse Hoptiak has been by our side all the way. If I had a question he was happy to be there for us. If I need anything in the future, Jesse Hoptiak at Modern Remodeling Inc.will be who I would call.   Jesse and Issahc took great care of us end to end and had the job done in a day! They did all the communicating with the Insurance adjusters and advocated for us when there were items left out of the original claim.
