  This company was called to give an estimate on a damage caused by wind gust that dislodged a metal part. These guys turned out to be ‘storm chaser’ roofing company as later confirmed by another reputable roof contractor which showed shingle breakage and artificial denting to mimic hail damage on a relatively new roof. Besides fixing the original metal issue Had to replace shingles damaged. They also make nasty chalk colored markings on the main road facing metal plates that are tough to wash away as a means of identification which no businesses should ever do. —— update 2/24/26 There is no reason to make a comment on a random business. Attached pictures taken show what the person from this company did to the roof instead of looking at the dangling metal part which in courtesy any roofing company should nail back temporarily before a permanent fix.this was not even attempted leave alone assessment. The first two shows the shingle breakage with the line marked and zoom up of the damage, the third shows the circle done on some hard rubbing done on the shingle, fourth and fifth being the numerous marks made on the relatively new roof and the nasty hard to erase chalk mark to identify visit. The post is intended so that the techs/workers not do the same thing for any visit and that the business advise the employees to stick to what they have been called to assess and more importantly not leave tag marks. The ‘visit identification’ tag marks were really a pain to get off on two separate locations — Update 3/8/26 Google did not notify the response. Please provide a reason why the markings are needed on both sides of the garage (see new pics), These left a nasty stain and a good amount of my time to clean up. No not chalk marks of the black board type. In the cold and on metal they leave a very visible back stain. And why again on garage facade when shingles were already marked. The call to your firm was done to assess the dislodged rake metal piece. I am not sure

After our initial reply, we confirmed that this inspection was associated with your property. The initial delay in locating the file was due to the name on your Google profile not matching the name provided to our receptionist at the time of scheduling. To clarify the scope, our visit was scheduled to assess wind related fascia damage. As part of our standard practice, when a technician is on site, we perform a complete assessment so the homeowner has a better understanding of the home’s condition. This is done to provide transparency, not to expand scope unnecessarily. Our inspection noted conditions commonly associated with installation and/or maintenance, including overdriven fasteners, unsealed shingles, marring, and gouge type markings, along with a limited amount of storm related wear. Industry references such as the HAAG field guidance describe marring and knife-cut type marks as forms of mechanical/installation related damage and not evidence of intentionally ‘created’ damage. Regarding the chalk markings; temporary chalk is commonly used during inspections to identify areas to photograph and discuss, and it is intended to be removable. If any markings were difficult to wash off, that was certainly not our intent and we would have gladly returned to ensure they were fully cleaned. We unequivocally deny any claim that our team intentionally damaged your roof. That allegation is extremely serious and does not reflect how we operate.   Booked an appointment at earliest 8am. Nobody showed up. Had me calling around many times. Do not book from them.

  Few things irritate me more than door-to-door sales, especially when they don't take the hint after ringing the doorbell. That said, salesperson either couldn't tell or didn't care that our roof is less than 5 years old. No, it doesn't have storm damage. We just had the gutters cleaned and roof inspected. So this company either hires people who don't know roofs, or don't care and are hoping to push the sale regardless. Do better, and leave people alone in their homes.

  This company from start to finish has been professional, informative, supportive and very thorough with all phases of the project. Trey Hewitt—TOP NOTCH human! Incredibly kind, respectful, transparent, not-pushy... His commitment to detail and knowledge of the insurance process was paramount! Matthew Hambric worked effortlessly to ensure that we selected the right material/color, etc. for our roof. He never pushed a product to make a sale; rather, made it his priority to make sure we got what we wanted. His knowledge about the products and the timeline made this project easy. Noah Reale was on site for the install. He was able to answer every question and provided us with information on how a new roof settles. He was the last person to leave and the first person to check in to make sure we didn’t have any further questions. He walked the entire property to make sure no nails were left behind.   Fantastic company! This was my first full roof experience, working with an existing 25+ year roof with cheap shingles and a gable/attic fan system. The new roof is higher quality Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles with a ridge vent and SmartVent system installed. Anthony, the agent who did the free estimate, took the time to explain the materials and costs, which I researched and verified independently. He was very responsive and helpful, even days after the initial estimate when we had to update the contract. Mark, the onsite supervisor, took extra time to walk me through all the details - before, during, and after the installation. The installation crew was also fantastic, finishing the job in less than a day with impressive staging and clean up operations. Overall, Pure Roofing made a costly and stressful homeowner responsibility a great experience!

  Pure Roofing is a great outfit to work with! They really know their stuff! They just replaced the roof on my mother-in-law's house, and they did a great job. All three of the main people we worked with - Adam the initial salesman, Matthew the contract guy, and Noah the project manager - are very helpful, friendly, and professional. The roofers knew exactly what to do and were very thorough. We are very happy with the new roof they put on, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  We had a very pleasant and flawless experience with Pure Roofing. They performed complete roof and gutter re-installation on the house, including skylight replacement. They also replaced several windows inside the house and fixed some interior problems due to leakages in the old roof. Special thanks to Trey for effectively dealing with our insurance company, our participation was minimal. Special thanks to Pete for coordinating the design, technical details, and schedule. And many thanks to Noah for coordinating the actual work and perfect communication with us during the entire installation process. We admire the look and quality of the new roof, gutters, and windows. The job was done quickly and efficiently with minimum noise, debris, or inconvenience. We highly recommend this company for your roofing projects.

  First class service. The entire team at Pure Roofing was courteous and professional. They handled everything with our insurance company.
