The first three are Google’s own figures for Freddy and Son, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the Virginia roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Higher than most — the typical roofer in Virginia sits at 1.7%. A higher share is a reason to read the critical reviews below, not a verdict.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Freddy and Son. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Called Monday morning, got estimate and on the schedule for Wednesday morning. Project Manager Edward kept me informed on what they were doing with pictures and videos of before, during, and after the repairs. The price was reasonable and as originally estimated. My roof was repaired by noon.

We have used Freddy and Sons twice for 2 different homes (gutter/new roof). Both times they were extremely responsive, did quality work, and professional. The rep we worked with was Mike S. He was excellent!

Freddy and Son Roofing is a very professional company. My wife & I were very pleased with their work. Ricci Ngirakesau was outstanding in the customer service that he showed us. In fact, because of him, I have told many friends to look into using Freddy and Son Roofing. You can not go wrong in using this company.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 216 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
