  After heavy rain caused water damage at my home in Oakland, I needed roof repair fast. I had a good past experience with Summit Roof Repair on another property, so I called right away. I also reached out to a few other roofing and gutter contractors because the leak needed quick attention. I got a fast callback, sent over photos, and the response was prompt and professional. Before the next storm moved in, Bernard came out to inspect the roof line, gutters, flashing, and the window area near the leak. He checked everything carefully, explained that the main roof looked solid, and sealed a few problem spots with caulking where water could have been getting in. I appreciated how quickly they handled the issue and how clearly they explained the repair process. They were reliable, easy to work with, and really helped when I needed urgent roofing support. I would confidently call them again when it is time for a full roof replacement.

  Summit Roof Repair installed our new roof, and I highly recommend them. The process took a little time because of the insurance claim, but they came out more than once for inspections and estimates and even handled most of the communication with the insurance company so we could get the roofing work we really needed. On the second visit, Jamie met with the insurance adjuster and spent a long time carefully reviewing the damage, flashing, shingles, and other areas that needed attention. What first looked like just a small shingle repair turned into approval for a full roof replacement, and it was covered. The crew finished the new roof in one day, the workmanship looks excellent, and they even put our yard decorations back where they belonged after the cleanup. Very professional, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish.

  I found this roofing company online and filled out the contact form. They called me back the next day, and Erik came out to inspect my roof that same day. He sent over a clear quote that evening along with the schedule for when the roofing work could begin. He stayed on top of everything from the start. I had an older rubber roof that needed full replacement because rain was causing leaks around the bathroom light fixtures below the roofline. Erik was able to get the new roof installed right when he said he would, which gave me real peace of mind with more wet weather on the way in Oakland. The whole process felt smooth, organized, and professional. The new roof has been performing great, and the quality of the workmanship really shows.   Our roofing contractor came highly recommended by friends after our roof needed repair during the hot summer in Oakland. i cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. They responded quickly, and our project manager, jamie, was excellent from start to finish. he was very patient with our many calls and questions, always calm, reassuring, and helpful. On the installation day, jamie was on site making sure the roofing work stayed on track and that everything was handled the right way. He took plenty of photos for the insurance claim, which made the paperwork much easier to understand. The company also worked directly with our insurance provider so the roof damage, materials, and scope of work were properly covered. They improved our roof with upgraded shingles and better attic venting, which gave us more confidence in the long-term protection of the home. The roofing crew worked fast, kept a professional attitude, and did solid work.
