They made a 10 o'clock appointment had 4 different people call to confirm and then didn't show up. I called them back in the last guy that called Evidently put in the notes that they rescheduled till Monday. I asked them to never call me again

Late for initial appointment (more than an hour) despite confirming with two different people the day before; as other reviews have noted, they seem more interested in offering you financing than a bid.

Hi Glenn, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our sales representatives aim to provide comprehensive service, which may include discussing financing options. There is no obligation to accept the offer; it's simply a resource to assist most of our customers with covering costs. Regarding the missed appointment, our representative called to confirm the appointment as he was on his way, but we understand your decision to cancel. He would have arrived within the time window provided by the office.

Extremely unprofessional and they call nonstop to harrass people.

I called to schedule an estimate appointment on last Sunday, and I spoke to a guy called Mark. He scheduled for me for today between 9 to 10. When I called him to confirm the appointment, he had no clue about the appointment he scheduled for me. I don’t need to say any more.

I recently had a full roof installation done by Citywide Roofing and Remodeling Inc in Oakland, California, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They explained the entire process clearly, helped me choose the right materials, and delivered exactly what they promised. The crew worked efficiently, kept the job site clean, and completed the roof on time. The quality of the installation is excellent, and the roof looks amazing. Pricing was fair, communication was great, and there were no surprises. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing contractor in Oakland who does quality work and stands behind it, I highly recommend Citywide Roofing and Remodeling Inc.

Forever grateful for a headache free transaction! I had gotten a letter from my Home owners insurance saying that I needed to change my roof or lose my coverage Citywide was able to come out the same day give me a quote on a new roof and had it changed all in a weeks time! They gave me the proofs for my insurance and now I’m still covered and my house is too! 10/10 would definitely do business with them again! From office staff to laborers everyone was 100% the best! Best part they helped me finance the project and took care of everything fo me! Affordable fast and they get it done right.

I had Citywide roofing&remodeling change out my HVAC system. They were professional and through. I checked the estimate they gave me and they were $149.00 less than my regular heating company. Ben Strashko keeps you informed thru process, which is important. I had no issues and the inspection went great. I would recommend Citywide roofing&remodeling Co.
