We had a great experience with Jamie for our roofing project. After a severe storm, we chose a trusted local roofer instead of using one of the many door to door contractors. Jamie responded quickly, completed a very thorough roof inspection, and came back to review all the storm damage with our insurance adjuster. He also handled the insurance claim paperwork, which made the whole process much easier. The crew installed a new roof, new gutters, and new skylights, and also coordinated the window replacement work. The job site was kept neat, communication was clear, and every step of the project was explained in simple terms. All of the work was completed to our full satisfaction, and the finished roof looks excellent. It was a real pleasure working with this roofing company.

Very pleased with the roofing service. anthony was very knowledgeable about the work and clearly explained the full roof installation process, from permits to the best roofing system for the structure, the different shingle options, possible extra material costs, jobsite clean-up, and the contract details, including warranty choices. He also helped me understand what my insurance company was requesting, which made everything much easier. The crew provided before, during, and after photos, including aerial views of the finished roof, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. earl also followed up after the project was completed to make sure i was satisfied and to answer any final questions. The whole process felt organized, professional, and transparent. I would gladly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing a new roof installation or roof replacement.

we had a roof leak dripping into our kitchen, so when i called henry family roof repair, they sent someone out right away because more rain was expected the next night. ross was incredibly helpful, kind, and easy to talk to. he showed me exactly where the roofing problem was, took clear photos and videos, and explained the repair in simple terms so i understood what was going on with the leak and flashing. after noticing i was holding a new baby and trying to keep track of everything to explain later, he went ahead and handled the repair himself, which was a huge relief. the whole process felt fast, professional, and caring from start to finish. i really appreciated the quick response, honest communication, and quality roof service. highly recommend for anyone in oakland needing dependable roofing help.

We had stone-coated metal roofing installed on our home, and we were very happy with both the workmanship and the roofing material. Later, when we added a screened porch to the back of the house, we wanted the new roof to match the existing …

Wyatt from Henry Family Roof Repair came to our home and walked us through the roofing and gutter protection system in a very clear, friendly, and helpful way. He explained how the gutters work with the roofline, how the system helps with water flow, and why the materials are a solid choice for long-term roof protection. There was no pressure at all, just honest answers, good roofing knowledge, and a very positive attitude. After hearing all the details, my husband and I felt confident this was the right option for our home. We really liked that they also offered a good financing plan, which made the whole project easier for us to move forward with. Now that the new gutter system is installed, it looks great, works well, and adds a clean finished look to the house. We even received compliments right away. I highly recommend their team for anyone needing roofing and gutter services.

Collin and his crew replaced our roof after weather damage, and the whole experience was completely positive. Our roof has a steep pitch with multiple ridges and valleys, so it was not a simple roofing job, but they handled it with real skill and care. The finished roof looks excellent, and I truly appreciated their strong focus on quality workmanship and professionalism from start to finish. A few things really stood out: they hand-nailed the shingles, kept the work area clean and organized each day, and worked safely and confidently on the steep sections of the roof. Collin gave a detailed and accurate estimate, explained the roofing process clearly, and arrived right on schedule. It is easy to see they take pride in their craft and deliver top-quality roofing service.

Henry Family Roof Repair and the crew, including Wyatt, Landon, and Ross, were a real breath of fresh air. They showed up on time, stayed professional, kept a positive attitude, and treated the home, landscaping, and everyone on the property with care and respect. Their attention to detail on the roofing work was far beyond what I expected. The quality of the materials, the workmanship, and the finished roof looked outstanding and gave me real peace of mind, especially knowing it will help protect the home from Oakland sun, wind, and seasonal rain. Wyatt took time to answer all of my questions and made the whole roof replacement process easy to understand. I would gladly recommend this team to anyone who needs a new roof, roof repair, gutter work, or any related roofing service. Seeing the crew work together so smoothly was like watching a well-coordinated roofing team at its best.

as a first time homeowner, the idea of major roof repair had been a lingering worry. after strong storms left roof shingles scattered in my yard, i knew it was time for a new roof and hoped the whole roofing process would not be as stressful as some friends had described. when choosing a roofer, especially after heavy storm damage, i wanted an experienced local roofing contractor with a solid history of quality roof replacement work. i researched several roofing companies, compared options, and finally decided to make the call. anthony and his crew made the entire roofing project feel smooth and manageable from start to finish. the process did take time, but the team stayed very communicative, explained each step clearly, and helped me understand everything from inspection to installation. whenever questions came up, they responded quickly, acted professionally, and worked hard to make sure every concern was handled the right way. overall, the new roof experience was far easier than i expected, and i felt confident in the workmanship and service throughout the job.
