Alex A came to inspect my re-occurring roof leak. He's quite knowledgeable, and able to diagnose the problem quickly, by looking from both the inside through the attic and the outside at the tile roof. He could immediately tell what needs to be done, and explained it clearly. He is friendly, timely, and informative.
