  Summit Roofing was hired by my neighbor to install a metal roof, and I am appalled by their complete lack of concern for surrounding properties. They shoved stacks of metal roofing directly against my fence, used my yard as their workspace and destroyed patches of my grass in the process. I had to tell them to get out of my yard just so I could mow. They left metal shards in my yard, along with a hatchet, and parked their trailer in front of the fire hydrant for two days. I probably would have ignored all of it if I wasn't picking up metal shards in the process of mowing my grass. I contacted my neighbor and someone did come out with a magnet to clean up, but apparently the crew was unhappy about my complaint—on their last day they were throwing balled‑up plastic over my fence. How do I know it was intentional, I was outside when it happened. This company has great reviews, which makes their behavior even more baffling. The whole thing just pisses me off.

  Contacted company for a quote in September, 2021 from storm damage we received in February 2021. A representative came out and provided a quote. State Farm denied claim and company refused to communicate after multiple attempts to speak with them after this.

  We had Summit come out to inspect our roof after a ceiling water mark appeared. They were appointed by our home warranty company. I thought they did a fine job of inspecting and letting us know what they found, but we received a denial of claim from our home warranty place within about an hour, but never received any quote or summary from Summit in order to review and fix the issues out of our own pocket. I have followed-up via phone twice and email twice and I still cannot get the quote and write-up of what was found. Unfortunately, after two weeks of unresponsiveness, I guess we'll have to go find another company to come out to inspect and fix our roofing issues.

I saw your review this morning I would like to do my best to help bring this to a positive resolution. Unlike changing a complete roof, finding a roof leak can sometimes be a bit more difficult. Often, what seems to be the obvious problem ends up not being the issue. However, you do not know this until you have fixed the most obvious of problems. Attached is my personal cell phone.   Summit has been working on our house for 4 months. They never show up. Will show up one day and then won't see anyone for two weeks. We do not like the work they have done on our basement. We can never get ahold of Dominic. Would not recommend Summit.

  I had summit building do some repairs to my siding and less then 2 years after paying $800 the siding blows off again.They tell me that they don't offer any warranties for the work that was done and now I'm paying less then what they charged me to repair both sides of my siding.

  Summit did a great job on our new roof. They knocked it out in one day. The hottest day of the year. The workers were very careful of our property. They did an awesome job cleaning up. Blake was awesome working with. He checked on the job while being done and came back the next day to do a follow up inspection. I would use them again if needed.

  I had a great experience with Summit throughout the process of getting a new roof. After a storm tore off a number of shingles I contacted my insurance and Little Lew at Summit. He walked me through the entire process and made sure my only out of pocket expense was my deductible. I’ll be recommending Little Lew to everyone now!

  Summit did an great job replacing and repairing my roof. They communicated clearly throughout the process and walked me through every step. After having issues with previous contractors leaving roofing nails and trash in my driveway, I was impressed that Summit kept my yard and driveway clean with no nails or trash. If I ever need roofing work again, I’ll definitely use Summit.

  We were stuck in a loop with our insurance company of the repairability of our roof after wind damage. And our insurance company did not want to do a replacement. I called Trey Kendall letting him know I would use Summit Roofing if they could get our insurance company to do a full replacement.They agreed with my contracted roofing that I should get a full roof replacement. Trey Kendall carefully explained his analysis and even offered to speak with our insurance company. I was floored. They'd get no benefit from doing this, and were still willing to help. He got us a full replacement roof when the insurance company only wanted to do repairs. Summit roofing was fantastic from start to finish! Trey Kendall the onsite supervisor, kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure everything ran smoothly. The next day Trey followed up to check on the roof, pick up any remaining nails, and answer all my questions. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding -- I couldn't be happier with the results! They did a beautiful job. I highly recommend this company, Thank you Summit Roofing.

  Very responsive and attentive. Jason and his team are excellent. They were professional and competent in navigating our damages with us and insurance. Our roof replacement was completed within the time estimation that they provided. We are very pleased with the outcome!

  I can't say enough positive things about Lew and his crew from Summit! He took care of working with our insurance, and made that process painless. His crew came out, had everything tarped off, and had already begun tearing off the old roof before we were even up! Clean-up was great and everything was done by around 2pm. Highly recommend!
