  Guy called and said he was running late and would call back when in route. I never heard anything else from him

  We needed a new chimney cap and Brandon came out to measure and said he would do the job. Said he had to get a quote on the fabrication of the cap. Eight weeks later still no call back from Brandon. Called the place he gets caps from and they know nothing about this. So we were lied to and actually are getting the company that makes the cap to make and install. If Brandon didn’t want the job he should have let us know. Poor representation for Strategic. Will not recommend them to anyone

  Hard to get anyone to call you back or come out for estimate. Even after I signed a contract. Wait wait wait. I would not recommend them. Canceled contract.

  Strategic Roofing in Albany is a great company to work with—professional, reliable, and efficient from start to finish. Jerry on the team was super helpful!   I have worked with Mike & his crews hand & hand on multiple of our commercial projects. We always had a great work relationship, & with their expertise all of our jobs went up smoothly & in a timely manner.
