  I called and asked for someone to come out and give me an estimate. Denver was sent out. He did a lot of talking about what I needed, and bad mouthed the roof I had, but never got on the roof to take a look. He asked me who my insurance company was AND asked for my insurance quote. I refused to give it to him, and he refused to service me and left. Very poor customer service. He wasted my time. I would not recommend Denver or S&S to anyone ever.

  They failed to disclose on the quote there's a $1775.00 dealer fee. A fee I was told upfront they didn't charge. The attached photo is my new roof being installed by Platnum Roofing.

  UPDATE Well I guess I found something bad to say about them after all. Unfortunately after few months after having the roof installed it is falling apart, only getting worse, and S&S will not fix it. Also they are almost impossible to get on the phone. I have nothing but great things to say about having my roof replaced by this company. They definitely exceeded my expectations. They were timely, professional, reasonably priced, and my roof looks fantastic. I can’t stop staring at it, it’s that nice. They also did a good job cleaning up the site after the job was completed. I will definitely recommend them!

  Mary Ann Gates, thank you for taking the time to give us a review. We do apologize for lack of communication by the salesperson, but we have handled that accordingly. We have tried reaching out to you 3 times regarding the incident to assure you that we are a company of our word as well as performing the work you initially requested for at a very discounted rate. Unfortunately we haven’t heard back from the voicemails that we have left. The shingles that you ordered were a product that has an extended lead time of 6 weeks because it is considered a speciality product for this region and no one has it in stock. Again, we are terribly sorry for the experience that you have but even in your stated text above we tried to schedule you for July 14th on the day you called in but you refused. We made a mistake but were still giving maximum effort to make it right for you in the end. If you would love to talk about this any further please reach out to the office so we can resolve this matter. At the end of the day we as a business are nothing without our customers and we value all of our customers.

  If all I had were two words- Well Done! Our roof was 20 years old this month. S&S replaced our roof, gutters and repaired/repainted all fascia boards. They completed the roof in a single, long, day. They were quite the team. Gutters were done in a morning. Repairs/repainting took two days, due to rain. Cleanup was not an after thought. It was definitely part of the job. Not bad for a 9/12 pitch roof that takes right around 6400 sqft of shingles and 210 feet of gutters. Everyone we watched, talked to, or discussed anything with was friendly, professional and competent. All in all, this was an impressive experience, with impressive results. Thank you S&S!

  S&S did an excellent job assisting us with our roofing project. They went the extra mile to help us understand the damage to our roofing and the best path forward for repairs and replacement. Project was completed ahead of schedule and the team communicated consistently throughout the project.

  Jared was super professional and friendly. We had a shingle laying in our front yard after some gusty winds. It was a piece of the beauty strip, which he quickly recognized from ground level and fixed it. He also walked around and found another lose single, which he fixed. He definitely reduced my anxiety about a leaky roof. Also, no charge!! Best experience I've had with a local business.

  Chason went above and beyond during this project. After hurricane Helene, we fought with the insurance company for many months over proper compensation, and he never gave up. Even though it was a year long battle, I couldn't be more pleased with the results. All of the construction teams were superb - framing, roofing, and painting. I would recommend S & S to all.
