  Be cautious when receiving quotes from this company—what you might assume is included often isn't. For instance, a $2,500 door installation may not come with a way to actually secure the door. No one asked upfront if I wanted to add this on, so be sure to ask for clarification on every detail. Communication throughout the repair process was poor, with several delays and no proactive updates. I had to follow up myself and noticed issues the team failed to mention—like dented doors, which I only got a refund for because I asked. It’s disappointing to think this would have gone unacknowledged otherwise. In response to my concerns, the company did offer a complimentary paint job, which I now regret accepting. Honestly, I wish I had let my child do it instead—it might have turned out better. Overall, I wouldn't recommend unless you're prepared to monitor every step closely.

  Advantage Home did an excellent job screening my back porch. So nice to be given a schedule and have work done exactly as told. Installation crew could not have done a nicer job. Highly recommend and will use again.

  My husband and I recently used Advantage Home Exteriors to replace our home's windows. We contacted at least four other companies before we made the decision to use them. Each company shared similarities as well as differences in their product. Upon researching, I discovered that Advantage Exteriors is registered with the BBB with an A+ rating, a 4.9 out of 5 Google rating, locally-owned and with over 20+ years of experience. When we contacted them for an estimate, an effervescent voice greeted us that belong to Ms. Michelle. From the beginning of the process to its completion, she kept us informed. Thank you Michelle! When the owner, Mr. David, arrived, it was evident that he is NOT a salesperson! There was NEVER a sales pitch! It was obvious that he fully believes and stands by his product unequivocally! No fancy presentations! We became convinced that we had made the BEST decision upon learning that he installed windows with his father as a teenager and learned the process from start to finish. On the day of installation, he came himself to assure us that we would be satisfied with our decision to use them. His expertise was evident when he re-installed (correctly) one of our plantation shutters that would have hindered getting the window replaced! The installers, Daniel and Ian, worked like an orchestra. Their workmanship should be patented. They "never" took a break. They removed and replaced all blinds, valances and valance clips. Additionally, no debris were left in the yard. It's approaching a week, and we can truly attest to the fact that our home is MUCH COOLER! Although the heat index has been in the triple digits, the new windows are cool to the touch! Thank you Mr. David, Michelle and the BEST installers, Daniel and Ian!

  Very friendly and very professional. Did excellent work at a fair price. It's been raining a lot in Columbus Georgia and we had a roof leak that needed to be addressed right away. David came out quickly and fixed the problem. Again excellent work I would hire them again highly recommend 100% to all.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had Advantage Home Exteriors LLC complete a major exterior upgrade on our home, including replacing all of our windows, installing new doors, adding a beautiful double front door, installing two large picture windows, and replacing our gutters. The results are absolutely impressive. From the very beginning, Dave and Michelle were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy with every aspect of the project. They took the time to explain our options, answer questions, and ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. The quality of the workmanship is impressive. The installation was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. The new windows have completely refreshed the appearance of our home, the large picture windows provide an incredible view and natural light, and the double front door has transformed our home's curb appeal.   Friendly, professional, great work at a fair price! I’ve had windows installed from window world previously. Advantage Home Exteriors beat their quality of product, better installation with more options and a better price! I could not be happier and would recommend them to everyone!

The roof on this Americus, GA home had taken cumulative wear across multiple storm seasons that had never been properly addressed. Granule loss had spread across the south-facing slope, a pipe boot had cracked at the collar, and the valley flashing on the rear section had shifted enough that water was starting to channel toward the fascia instead of down to the gutter. Each issue was addressed in the right sequence. Damaged shingles replaced, boot swapped out and sealed, valley flashing corrected. The full surface was checked before the crew came down.
