  Called for an estimate someone did come out and measured the roof. That was it, no communication after that.

  I called to get estimates for a roof after Hurricane Helene. I never received any communication except for two emails that were sent from different sales man. Still have never received a call like both emails stated

  They say they have offer repairs but apparently have one person that does them and the lead time is over a month. Probably shouldn't even offer repairs if it takes that long.

  Great Company to work with. They were very responsive and easy to deal with. Installation of the roof on both my home and separated garage was completed in one day. Asking the team did a really good job of clean up and removal of all the waste created. Couldn’t even tell they had been there other than we had a new awesome looking roof.

  Platinum roofing did a great job on our home. They were professional and easy to work with. From Jordan who came out and quoted our project to Oscar's team who completed the work, all the way to Hunter, the COO, they were all awesome and made sure we were satisfied with the end result.   Contacted this company to come out and give a quote on replacing my roof. I was blessed to get Jeremy as the guy this company sent out. Jeremy couldn’t have been nicer, or more respectful. He was very professional, and a great , help answering all my questions. Explained in detail what I needed and the process. Platinum roofing is really blessed to have an asset like Jeremy on their team . I would recommend this company for all roofing needs. Thank you again, Jeremy , for your assistance.   Very pleased with the work, the customer service and my overall experience. The rain had them backed up a few jobs but once they were available they came and did my roof over the weekend. A new metal roof in just two days!

  Brooks Best was a pleasure to work with. Project was started by another company that soon realized they were over their head. All options were discussed and a plan was agreed upon. New roof was completed quickly and without issue. Would highly recommend.

  I've been working with Jeremy for a year to get a new roof and the time finally came! Jeremy walked me through everything more than once, helped me with estimates and came to my house to discuss the process. His communication is also top notch. He was absolutely the best! The roof is wonderful, the workers were very efficient, cleaned up everything and even put outdoor furniture back in place . I'm a very happy customer!
