  Called about recovering my roof,came the same day, but it took Me 3-days of return calling to be told they couldn't do the recovering, however they were working on "still getting estimates to repair the roof instead".This not what I asked them to do! So disappointed as after reading All those positive reviews and wasted 3 days waiting for an estimate and a Yes they can perform the requested service.Back to searching again for professionals And Not Do as they want roofing services

  While we strive for complete satisfaction for our customers, we reserve the right to decline projects – especially when the safety of our employees is at stake. This home was in a state of extreme disrepair when we were contacted to place a tarp over the entire roof. This roof had clearly been tarped numerous times already and the roof had several apparent holes in the decking and likely more that weren’t visible. Due to the holes in the roof and overall condition, we let the property owner know that the only option would be to replace the roof on the home. The customer stated that they were not interested in replacing the roof, only installing a tarp. Roof Services LLC is not in the business of “good enough” or “band-aids”. We want to solve our customers’ roofing issues the correct way, every time. While sometimes it is necessary to temporarily dry-in a small area until permanent repairs can be completed, it should rarely be necessary to cover an entire home. Tarping is also a very temporary solution, as the South Georgia sun will rapidly degrade and destroy the tarp. We would also like to address the weaponizing of social media to discredit a company. It is disheartening to see social media used in an attempt to tarnish our reputation simply because we could not offer a solution that was neither safe nor appropriate for the situation. Our goal is to provide safe, effective, and high-quality service, and we stand by our decision to prioritize safety over temporary fixes.

  Do you need a new roof? Look no further. Roof Services LLC is your choice! Companies like this are hard to find these days. Michael Revell, Walker Revell, David Denton and their crews are pure Professionals. When they tell you they will be at your house, they will. When they tell you the type of materials and supplies the'll use on your roof thats exactly what they provide. They are customer service oriented to the max never beating around the bush if you have a question and demonstrating complete concern for you and your property They rebuilt a chimney box, installed new shingles, and resealed our sunroom roof with TPO over a three day period Clean up daily to perfection and I have yet to find a old roofing tack anywhere in our yard since they left on Thursday evening. We're 110% satisfied! Give them a chance if you're in the market for their services.

  We cannot say enough good things about Roof Services. Walker and all his guys went overboard in their workman ship and service. Price was reasonable they were here on time did what they said they would do Did not cut any corners The roofers were very well organized worked well together. I watched them with the tear off and they inspected and repaired any problems with decking before the roofing material went down. We have 2-dormers and 4- skylights 1- chimney. All the flashing was color matched and installed properly. Roof looks GREAT. Cleanup was exceptional I have found no nails. Walker stayed on top of it all. Thank you so much. We will be using you on other roofs we have.

  Noticed wet spots last weekend on master bath ceiling right below vent pipe protruding through the roof. Called Roof Services Monday morning while we were experiencing waves of severe thunderstorms and rain. They had a crew at our house in the afternoon after the storm passed and flew a drone over the roof while two guys inspected the three areas with roof penetrations. About 30 minutes later I was briefed with pictures showing the hole in the rubber boot around the vent pipe above the wet spots with recommendations to replace that boot, and replace stove vent cover and install new shingles and roof flashings etc in both areas, and caulk bolts holding antenna tripod. I received all of this in a detailed estimate via e-mail within hours for approval. I approved it and they were here the next day to perform all repairs. The whole experience with them exceeded my expectations. They have a business model that others should emulate. They were extremely professional in all interactions with them. This all just happened this week and I've been spreading the word on how efficient and reasonably priced they were.

  I have a metal roof that is 9 yrs old installed by someone else, who is no longer in business. I had a leak in my roof and Roof Services LLC. Came and repaired the area that was leaking. Very Professional and Great Service.

  Have used there service 3 times each time phenomenal work. Give honest reviews of work being done and also very competitive prices which leaves you even happier. They come in always and have gotten their work done in the same day. I am a repeat customer who enjoys they professionalism and also take the time to educate you on how to avoid any future problems and get the longest life of every work they do.

  Working with roof services could not have gone any smoother. I called to have my roof repaired and they sent out an inspector that same day and had the roof completed only a couple days later. Invoicing was quick and the pricing was fair. Highly recommend using them.

  The dormer at my house began leaking several days ago with the summer storms rolling in. I called Roof Services, and they arrived the next morning for a quote. The gentleman explained in detail what he estimated to be the issue, and their plan to fix it. They worked around my schedule to quickly resolve my issue, within a couple days, and fully repaired the damage done by the leak. The price was fair, and after another couple storms blew through to test the work, the leaks seems to be sealed! I appreciate their work and professionalism!
