  I had a new roof put on right after losing my husband in 2020. In my grief I believe I was taken advantage of. Shane Hughes did not complete work done on my husband work building, and now I’m selling my home and it has been brought to my attention that the roof on my home is leaking. I have called their number and no answer and box is full. Very disappointed!!!

  Ma'am we did your job in 2020 and this was an insurance job that your insurance company paid for. You paid your deductible and may have been different from your neighbor because every policy is different. If there was a problem why are you waiting 2 years to put a review. We were never informed of any problems. This is what is wrong with the world, people like you trying to put small businesses out of business by leaving reviews that aren't true. We also have text messages from our sales representative stating everything was good. Thank you and have a blessed day!!

  Absolutely the worst, most unprofessional group that I have ever worked with. The first thing when my insurance money came through that Kade said was “for the amount of money I’m going to make off of this...” and then ended up doing a poor and incomplete job, leaving lines and dips in the roof with water damaged wood underneath. In addition, it stormed in the middle of the roof replacement and they left the wood uncovered during the storm. We spoke with Brad, who said he would fix the issues and then reneged. I have no words to properly describe our discontent. Stay away!

  All these guys care about is getting your money!! Do not use these guys. They demanded payment up front and left with the job half finished. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

  A storm damaged our old roof and our insurance company was delaying the claim. These guys completely stood up for us and got our roof replaced. It looks great, was done in a day, and completely cleaned up after! I will definitely recommend them to anyone going forward!

  Tyler came out and replaced screws in our metal roof and repaired the hole by our chimney. He did a wonderful job and I am very thankful. I will definitely recommend this company for your roofing needs.

  Caleb was very professional and knows the business inside and out. Great quality work by the crew. They cleaned up so well you couldn't tell we had the whole roof done. Great job to all the crew. Will recommend this company to everyone. Thank you for a great job.

  This company was a blessing when it came to getting my roof replaced. They handled all the hard work dealing with the insurance company. Hardest thing I had to do was decide what color shingle to go with! Highly recommend using Straight Line Roofing. The sales person, Tyler, was very professional, patient and extremely kind.

  I highly recommend this company. They did a wonderful job on our roof. Everything was handled very professionally and in a timely manner. They made the process with our insurance claim go so smoothly. We are very pleased!
