Hiram roofing was without question the best experience I’ve ever had with any type contractor. Professional, courteous, attentive, and great communicator. Stayed on the job site with his which is was also very attentive to. He walked us through the entire process from inspection to insurance claim to Job completion. Kept us updated throughout the process. Did everything contracted and promised and then some. 100% recommend him.

Alston Was so professional he Got to our request same day and was able to find the issue on our roof. It wasn’t roofing that needed to be done. Just a simple cap on a vent pipe. But because of his honesty and quickness to help me in this situation, if I ever need any roofing he will be the first one I call!

I called Hiram Roofing this morning after having some shingles blown off the ridge cap of my roof from a storm. I sent a photo of the damage. I was quoted a price to replace and repair from my photo provided there was no further damage that was not detected in the photo. The roofer came out the same day. Replaced and repaired the missing shingles for the quoted price. He flew a drone over the rest of my roof to inspect for any other damages or issues. I thought I would have to wait a week to even get an appointment but it was the easiest thing I’ve experienced in quite a while. I recommend Hiram Roofing and will use them again if needed.

Had Hiram Roofing out to diagnose/repair a recent leak. Alston was very prompt, kind, informative, and thorough. He gave me pictures of all of the stuff we talked about and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone based on today’s service.

Alton at Hiram Roofing provided outstanding service. I contacted him about a roof leak, and he came out multiple times as a courtesy to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the leak turned out to be more serious than we initially thought. When I reached out to him again, including a text and phone call on a Sunday, he responded quickly. By noon on Monday, my roof was completely repaired. Alton is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about his customers. If you're dealing with any roofing issues, I highly recommend Hiram Roofing. Thank you, Alton, for your excellent service and commitment to getting the job done right.

This roofing company completely exceeded my expectations. The owner was incredibly attentive to my requests, he cared deeply about his crew and the quality provided. He was on site throughout the entire day and kept me updated on the progress with step by step pictures and videos. The workmanship was outstanding, they used premium supplies backed by great manufacturer warranty. Everything was done very professionally, on time and at a very competitive price. I recommend them 200% without hesitation.
