Super disappointed. I called for a leak repair. It was an old pipe boot. They offered a whole new roof through insurance. Claim was denied and two guys from Hero ghosted me. Started to follow up a little then totally stopped returning calls. Time to call a company that wants to do a repair and doesn’t just see me as a way to get whole roof insurance money.

I asked Hero Roofing for help with leaks on my home caused by original construction flaws. They replaced my roof, but a year later I have more leaks than ever. They have identified the new issues and offered to repair it again charging me for materials only. I accepted, but they will not come to do the work. I don’t know how to get them to finish the job. We keep going round and round then they quit returning my calls. I don’t think they want to help me any more.

Five stars from me! Christian and Matt were both amazing and kept me informed throughout the process. They also answered all of my questions patiently, listened, and did not rush to get to the next person. The installers did a fantastic job getting our roof done in one day and cleaned up after. We had leaks, which I knew of one, that is what started this whole process. However, they found two areas of wood that needed to go, replaced the damaged pieces, and prepared our roof to last another couple of decades. Holly made sure the scheduling was quick and payment was taken care of as smoothly as possible; I was able to pay easily through an email she sent which was a blessing. They are all wonderful at their job. Thank you guys!

Hero Roofing just put a new roof on my house and we were very pleased with the process and results. We went with Hero because they did the best inspection of all the roofing companies that we had come out. Corey Rosovsky was our consultant with Hero and he was fantastic. Explained everything and worked with our insurance to get our claim approved. Corey was always available for any questions and got back to your quickly. We love the new roof and feel they did a great job. Definitely recommend Hero Roofing and ask for Corey.
