  Asked for a quote for roof repairs and they quoted me $15,000 for a roof replacement. The guy they sent was nice enough. Frustrating they couldn’t get me a price for what I wanted, though.

After inspecting the roof, our technician determined that the roof's condition made a repair an unreliable solution and that replacement was the only recommendation we could stand behind. Rather than sell a repair that we did not believe would solve the problem, we chose to provide an honest assessment and a replacement quote. We appreciate your comments regarding our technician and wish you the best moving forward.

  This company should come with a warning label! I wouldn't even leave a star except I'm required to select one in order to post a review. I found this company to be very over priced and full of problems. The first red flag should've been that the person who came out to do the quote asked for me to post a review before any work was even completed. The "project manager" doesn't manage project at all. They show up long enough to take pictures and leave. When they are on site they are constantly on the phone discussing problems with other projects. Do yourself a favor and find another company to do your home renovations. Response to company: I assure you there is no mix up with another company. My partner and I were clients of yours and we deeply regret using your company. We will not be contacting your company now or in the future for any home renovations. We dealt with TJ, Ashley and multiple project managers and didn't experience anything remotely close to what you state your company standards are.

  We did some shopping around when it was time for a new roof after the last storm. Rooftastic was one we asked for an estimate from, after already gone through the process of getting a claim approved via insurance. Even though we already had info for the full scope of work and I merely asked for an estimate, they showed up and walked the entire roof before handing me an iPad an attempting to sign a document agreeing to use them as my roofing contractor (I asked for an estimate from multiple companies). Bad faith. Then they shared this letter with a neighbor nearby claiming they had redone our roof (they did not, we went with another company instead because they were much more trustworthy and thorough). Bad sales tactics and lies to our neighbors. I would not go with this company for any type of work.

  We should have learned our lesson the first time when they only wanted to paint half my house and charge more when I questioned who would only want half their house painted? They threw away half my gutters, ruined the stain on our fence and killed my flowers because the guy that does the pressure washing didn't prepare anything before spraying bleach on everything. We gave them a second chance because the siding crew were amazing and we were promised someone would be here at all times if we had issues (didnt happed) They didnt show up when we were emailed saying they would be here. We closed our business so we can be here and they didnt show twice. We originally planned to go on vacation while the work was done. Thank God we didnt. They started puting the wrong siding on the house and when we told Landon ( our "project manager") he said we would have to pay for their mistake. They said texured siding cost less than smooth. SMOOTH COST LESS. I checked around and i know where they get their supplies, so they should owe me money! They tried to talk us into keeping the wrong siding. They were going to color match the gutters to my white house when we asked for copper. We wanted to leave the porch open and add a window. We were told they couldn't do that. Well, we actually could, but didnt know until the contractors were here and said they could and do that all the time. Landon showed us pics of one that had just been done. We didnt have enough time to come up with a design while they were doing the work. Their excuse - some contractors can and some cant. Ok.. so Yall know I wanted it, send me the ones that can! We got a new camera for the side of the house and the gutter is blocking it. They said it's because of the new camera. We showed them what we had. They are the "professionals, they should have told us that one wouldn't work so we could get one that would. They said the painter does the pressure washing now, that was a lie.   Well, I have got to say this company would have received 5 stars if all had followed the first meeting with TJ. TJ was a true professional, from the meeting, quote, and even with the issues that occurred during and after installation. We constructed a detached garage at our new home that we had recently purchased. unable to find a contractor to take on the project, we decided that we would take this one own ourselves. So with some construction experience and knowing several subs we got started. We started with concrete, framing/trusses, roofing, windows and doors. We completed the framing ourselves and order the windows from a local supplier. And due to COVID we were given an extended lead time. However, during this wait is when we called PGRS to get them over to give us a quote on siding, gutters, and painting. That is when we meet TJ Montgomery, we liked the quote on TJs first visit, so we signed up and gave TJ the down payment deposit, that is half of the total project. At that point we were on for scheduling. During the wait for scheduling we were still in wait for the windows, so we had to push the start two weeks due to the local manufacture still not being complete with the windows. At that point I had contacted the owner of the window manufacture to get an exact date so that we could be scheduled and ready to go with no delay. I called PGRS and scheduled an exact date as to when the windows would be in and installed. This is where things went south. The crew was to start on a Monday and never showed up. I called PGRS to discuss, and was informed that the crew was not scheduled to be there, i asked why, and they were unsure, even though this was the same guy that did the scheduling. I will say after being very direct, they did show up the next day, mid day, but the next day. The siding install had lap siding on three sides and board and batten on the front. The three sides with lap siding looked great, however, the battens were off on one side, in fact th

  Quite disappointed on the basic level of professionalism displayed by this company. They are supposedly rated by Owen Corning as a Platinum dealer. I scheduled an appointment roughly a week in advance and waited for their representative Jason to show. He is running about 30 minutes late and gives me a courtesy call. Then basically never shows up or calls again. I call his home office to make an inquiry to what happen no one calls me back. Then I receive a call two days later that he came by my house, parked with a driveway full of cars, but no one answered. This is absurd on many levels because I never left my house that day. Maybe I should consider this a lucky omen, if this is a foreshadowing of their business practices.

  Just committed to a full exterior redo. Siding, facia, soffit, roof, gutters,and paint with this company. Pricing was about what I expected so we entered into the contract. Cameron Hayes their sales rep was great and very detailed on the quote. We made some changes along the way which he was able to adjust on the go and get us into a workable solution.

  Great experience today with John. Very thorough & super helpful with working with my insurance company. He was courteous and knowledgeable as he explained the repairs vs. replacement coats.   Cameron did a great job. Stayed until 730 to make sure everything was good and turns out we knew a ton of the same people. They also did my dad's entire roof years ago and there hasn't been any problems. Was out here the day after I called on time.

  Tim came out to do a quote on a roof replacement. I can’t say anything but nice things about Tim. He called the day before to confirm the appointment, and called 45 minutes ahead to confirm that he would arrive at his scheduled time. During the appointment he provided a thorough presentation, answered all questions in detail, and provided visual samples of the product that was being offered. I appreciate the fact that Tim was upfront and honest, and he wasn’t pushy. He provided enough information to make me feel more comfortable, and educated on making a decision on such a big project. Tim thank you so much for your knowledge, professionalism, and expertise. I am confident that I have enough information to make an informed decision on my next steps. I will be reaching out soon!
