  I was quoted $400-$600 for a Band-Aid on my metal rood. I was charged $900 and had leaks I hadn't had before. Henry Hernadez told me that just happens sometimes. I'm a very unsatisfied customer. I would never recommend this company.

  3 times they came to my home to solicite their service. First time I informed them I was not interested in having my roof replaced. Second time they came several days later and told me they flew their drone over my house and tried to pressure me to have my roof replaced. (I wonder if that's legal). I told them again I wasn't interested. Their parting comment was, "I don't deal with rude people." Apparently they cannot take no for an answer. Third time I decided to not answer the door, I looked out the window and could see on his cell phone an arial photo of what looked like my roof. Probably flew the drone over my home again. They may do a good job, but hard sell and harrassment is not professional at all.

  My husband and I had an excellent experience with Deep South Roofing from start to finish. We contacted them 3 years ago and opted to patch the roof at that time, but this year when we started having a visible leak, we knew we had to reach out again because of how timely their response was previously. Juan was professional and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. He guided us through our options, provided a fair and transparent estimate, and had a team out to complete the job on schedule. The quality of their workmanship exceeded our expectations, and they left our property clean when the work was finished. It's clear they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled roofing company, we highly recommend Deep South Roofing. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends.

  Excellent customer service. Incredibly kind people who do a great job and do what they say they are going to do. Had my entire roof replaced during the hottest weather possible. They worked 12-14 hour days did an incredible job and spent 3 hours cleaning up everything once they finished. Highly recommend!

  We had a new roof put on our house. Juan Hernandez and his crew were great. They did the entire roof in 1 day. They knew their stuff, the roof looks great. There were no issues of any kind. Great price. I would highly recommend DEEP SOUTH to anyone. Quality work just an all around smooth experience and price was very reasonable.

  They did a fantastic job!!!!! Wonderful people , helpful, and very knowledgeable. We love our new roof!!! We would recommend them to everyone. We had to have everything replaced, even the decking. The price was amazing for all they had to do.

  At almost 60, this was the first time I had to have a roof replaced and honestly wasn't looking forward to the experience. One call to Deep South Roofing Company and things started happening! The inspection happened quickly and Deep South Roofing provided all the information to the insurance company while explaining all the steps so I knew exactly what was happening next. The only time I heard from the insurance company was when they received the inspection report, when the payment was being sent, and when they received the report showing the completed work. Thanks to Deep South Roofing there is a quality new stress free roof on our home.
