  After the job was finished, I noticed several areas that looked rushed. I requested a follow-up inspection, but it took much longer than expected to get a response. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the service.

  The crew arrived late, and the cleanup was incomplete. I found roofing materials and nails left around the property, which was frustrating. The workmanship was acceptable, but the overall experience did not meet my expectations.

  Call and ask for a quote and instead of saying no they don’t want to take on the project or even trying to help, they promise a quote and then never follow up. Unprofessional and disappointing.

  Excellent service. Sarah was very accommodating when working with my schedule to see what day would work best. David came out fixed our issue and followed back up just to make sure everything to still good. Customer service is top tier.

  Brent did a fantastic job fixing not only the leak spot on my roof, but inspected the whole roof and made minor patches and fixes across the whole roof. He was very professional and provided great advice for any future roofing needs. Not to mention that he got to my place quickly, and finished in under an hour. This was the best experience I’ve had with home repairs as a new home owner to date.

  I really would give David 10 stars if that was an option…I am high maintenance and everything I ask for he delivered…I wanted a green roof but wasn’t positive and he went so far as to ride thru the county and send me pictures of some houses similar to mine that had green shingles, then I knew I wanted a green roof… He never failed to return a text or phone call and went out of his way to come by and address any question or concerns I had…I love my roof and I would recommend David and his company to anyone in need of roofing services…😊

  David & his crew w Southern Home Improvement did an excellent job on our metal roof they did it in a timely manner and Cleaned up the debris wonderfully. He is very knowledgeable and was Amazing with any questions we had he answered them. I definitely recommend southern home improvement to my family and friends
