Our experience with Storm Renu was positive from start to finish. While the insurance company created roadblocks along the way, Sam Knobic was constantly vigilant in working with and keeping us informed regarding insurance issues. The job is now complete and we are 100% satisfied.

From start to finish, everyone I worked with through Storm ReNu was professional, responsive, and determined to provide quality service and customer satisfaction. A hail storm had damaged my shingles and gutters. My insurance company denied my claim, but Bart met with the adjuster, and took pictures and measurements, to prove that I qualified for full replacement. He made the case in a way I could not have. The roofers who came did an excellent job. We waited on the gutters, and when we were ready, the crew that came was outstanding - efficient, thorough, complete. In addition, they replaced old siding on the upper level, and did a beautiful job; everything I asked for, and more. We couldn’t be happier with the completed work. Matt came and did some painting on our back porch, where rain had come in mid-job and stained the ceiling. It turned out to be a bigger task than we anticipated, but he took no short-cuts; he was dogged in his pursuit of excellence and did a wonderful job. I like these guys, and appreciate their patience with the process and my questions and requests. They are easy to work with and skilled in contracting and customer relations. I hope I never need to replace my roof again, but will gladly and contact them if I need their advice or services.

Matt was awesome to work with, he and his team were able to negotiate with our insurance to make sure it covers all of the roof and not just one or two segments. The crew were professional and quick, and did a great job. They even helped me clean a high-rise light that requires a 26+ feet ladder!

I would highly recommend this business to anyone. Storm ReNU replaced our roof from hail damage this fall. Matt was wonderful to work with. Patient, excellent communicator, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the whole process went smoothly. Matt was very thorough in the assessment of hail damage on the roof which helped maximize our insurance coverage. The insurance process was made made much easier b/c of him. The roof install went very smoothly. And the follow up from Matt again was great. It was made very clear that he wanted the process for us to be easy, and was not one to simply just get the job done. A lot of integrity, and trust. Thanks Matt and Storm ReNU!!!
