  1.5-Year Update: I’m extremely disappointed to report ongoing leaks every time it rains—despite Bold North's promise of a quality roof replacement. Before the project started, the adjuster specifically pointed out damaged flashing and I offered to pay extra to have it properly replaced for peace of mind. Bold North assured me they’d handle it. But after the roof was installed, they reused the old flashing—filled with nail holes—and later admitted they didn’t have the skills to replace it. This was never disclosed upfront. When I called Bold North to ask them to make it right under their guarantee, they initially said my complaint about not having the skills previously “made sense" and that I was a valued customer. After an inspection, however, they completely reversed course—texting me that the issue wasn’t their responsibility and quoting me $4,000 to fix what they should have done right the first time. I reached out to a friend who also had their roof replaced by Bold North, and they told me they sold that home, but the new owners noticed multiple leaks and were having the same accountability issues as me. This experience has been frustrating, costly, and disappointing. I trusted Bold North to be professionals. Instead, I’m left with water damage, broken promises, and a roof that’s still leaking. I strongly recommend finding a more reputable and transparent company. My roof was damaged by hail in Spring of 2022, and as a new homeowner I did not want to spend time or effort on the process of getting my roof replaced. I couldn't have been more wrong! Erik and team handled all the communication with my insurance and I ended up only paying my deductible. Once the work was scheduled, they came out and completed it in one day. My neighbor (who also had his roof replaced from the same storm) told me that he regretted going with his company because they took weeks to finish, and should have gone with Bold North!   Bold North Roofing is hands down the best construction company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, organized, and stress-free. Calvin Benedict was amazing to work with. He was diligent in working with our insurance company and always accessible ensuring the entire project went smoothly. People make the company and he is a prime example of that. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to my questions. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and they completed the job when they said they would. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a roofing contractor. Excellent customer service, excellent workmanship, and just an amazing overall experience!

  I had my roofing, siding, and gutters done by Kiki and her team. They were professional, friendly, and honest. Thier quality of work was as close to perfect as you can find.
