  I hired Trinity Solar to replace my roof, but they subcontracted the work to Stronghouse, who then subcontracted it again to another smaller company. That level of subcontracting was disappointing and made it difficult to determine who was ultimately responsible when problems arose. During the roofing project, my gate was damaged. It has now been over two months, and despite numerous follow-ups, the issue still has not been resolved. Stronghouse has been stalling throughout the process. Every time I reach out to Dawn or Jacob I receive the same response: "We'll get right on this and get back to you." Unfortunately, they never follow through, I rarely hear back, and no meaningful progress is ever made. Instead of taking responsibility and addressing the damage promptly, I've been met with repeated delays, excuses, and a lack of communication. Based on my experience, I would not use Trinity Solar again, nor would I recommend them to others. I also would not use Stronghouse in the future or recommend them based on how this situation has been handled. If you choose to hire Trinity Solar or Stronhouse, be aware that the work may be passed through multiple subcontractors, making it much more difficult to hold anyone accountable or get problems resolved when they occurs.

  Their door to door salesmen ignore no soliciting signs and then claim to “not be soliciting” when told you aren’t interested. They’ve done this multiple times over the years now.

  After hail damage, I contacted Capital Construction for an estimate/ replacement. The process was fairly smooth but my issues are related to afterwards. After completing the roofing, several days passed before anyone returned to sweep the yard with a magnet to pick up loose staples and nails. I found one bundle of roofing nails that I almost ran over with my lawnmower. I had gutter covers on and yet, there are lots of old staples found in the gutters. Two of them were clogged with old shingles, nails and staples, preventing drainage. I discovered that they stapled several of my gutter covers to the roof. I have been cutting out the old ones in order to place new ones that can actually be removed. If I knew that this was a possibility, I would have removed them before in advance.

We are just a little confused though because the day the roof replacement was completed yourself and our rep(Drake) walked the property together and everything was great. He also stopped by the following day with a rake and did another round of cleanup. He said you guys spoke on Thurs Aug 14th when picking up a payment and again everything seemed good. Ultimately we want all of our customers to be happy and have a great experience so please don't hesitate to call our office if there is something we missed or something more we can do to give you a five star experience.

  Hi Abby, we apologize for the delay in communication on the project as well as the gutters over the Christmas/New years Holidays. That time of year it is a little bit tricky installing gutters. Hopefully the roofing portion of the project went off quickly and efficiently. Take care!

  Mark Rodriguez from Stronghouse construction is the best in the business. Mark worked with our insurance provider every step of the way to get us approved for a new roof after a recent hail storm.   WOW! Lawrence truly knows what he’s doing! He guided me through the entire insurance process and made everything feel seamless and stress-free. He went above and beyond by helping me choose the colors for my new roof and siding, even providing renderings so I could see what the finished project would look like. I must have changed my color choices 30 times, and he stayed patient and supportive the whole way through! His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail really stood out. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

  I had a tree fall on my cabin from a wind storm. Louie happened to stop by offered help. Walked me through calling my insurance company and was able to get all of the pictures of the attic for broken trusses. After meeting with my insurance company he had pointed out more damage that I didn’t even see. Within no time we had picked out colors and design. All finished with new design and enjoying the cabin again. I’m glad Louie had all the answers to my questions. Thanks Louie and Stronghouse.
