  Attempted to contact for gutter replacement quotes. Called initially and the receptionist said she would give our information to one of the technicians and call us back, never did. A week later I called to check on status of my initial call, the lady acted like she had no idea what happened to the initial inquiry. One of the technicians ended up calling and said he would swing by our house to look at the gutters and call back with a quote. Another week went by, no follow up call about quote. Called yesterday and the receptionist, again dumbfounded, acted like she had no idea what the status of this was and would "call one of the guys to see if they knew." They called back today and they had never even came out to our house. We told them not to worry about. Not professional, terrible customer service, and would never receive services from a place like this.

  Stopped by right after the wind storm and told me how he would be my "advocate" so the insurance wouldnt "rip me off". My insurance wanted to repair my damaged roof. Storm gaurd would only quote an entire roof replacement. When the …

  Said that putting tar over exposed nails in an amateur install was good enough to fix amateur install of roof with crooked rows with nails showing and shingles upraised to appease inspection report. Shady, would not deal with this company or except any inspection repair services from them.

  We have worked with storm guard on a couple of projects for multiple homes, including a full roof, and chimney repair. They are always so responsive, and helpful. Most recently, Bradford came out to inspect some siding on our newer build that had been warping. He put a full comprehensive report together that helped us work with the builder to resolve the issue- but Storm Guard was prepped to do a full replacement for us at a very reasonable price. Bradford’s first priority was making sure we were taken care of under our building warranty, though. I feel like there aren’t a lot of companies out there that would take the time to help a consumer resolve an issue like this, that didn’t result in immediate business. These are top notch guys that are out there just doing the right thing. They will always be our first call when it comes to roof, gutter or siding repair

  Bradford came to my house within an hour after I called. He was very helpful in identifying my problem(s) and offered appropriate solutions. I am very pleased and look forward to using their services in the future. Very professional.

  The Storm Guard team is great. It was the first time I've needed their help and they didn't disappoint. Matt and Chris are top notch professionals that helped repair my leaky roof.   Storm Guard did a great job replacing my house and shed roofs! Matt was awesome to work with, very friendly, and kept me up-to-date. He made a couple of great recommendations to me and I appreciated his input. The crew got both of my roofs installed all in one day. They also went over the lawn and landscaping with a magnet to pick up the loose nails. I highly recommend Storm Guard for all your roofing needs.
