  Been trying to get someone to call me back for months. They were the first to contact me after the April tornado, tarped the roof, took my money for that, can't get a call or text since.

It look like we did place the tarp for immediate protection and were waiting on your insurance to get back with you on your funding.   I have been waiting for two months for them to repair my roof. They won’t even schedule it each time I call they tell me that they will let me know when they are available. In the meantime the damage to my ceiling Is getting worst. I am very disappointed with them.

Our labor shortage/weather/holidays absolutely affected our ability to serve you in a timely manner. This is our fault and we have taken measures and put processes in place to help better communicate lead times and ability to perform 'repair only' projects moving forward.   Chapman Construction is hands down one of the best roofing and siding companies around! They always do fantastic work, and we’ve had nothing but great experiences with them. We’ve worked with Chris for years, and he’s extremely knowledgeable, hands-on, dependable, and just an all-around great guy. He truly cares about his customers and the quality of every job. I highly recommend Chapman Construction to anyone looking for a roofing or siding contractor!

  After talking with several roofing companies, we chose Chapman Construction to replace the roof on our home, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made. From day one, we felt like we were in good hands. Our project manager, Collin Seger, was outstanding. He stayed in touch with us every day, keeping us updated on the progress and making sure we always knew what to expect. That kind of communication meant a lot and gave us complete peace of mind throughout the project. The roofing crew, led by Jose, was just as impressive. They worked hard, paid attention to every detail, and treated our home as if it were their own. At the end of each day, they made sure everything was cleaned up, which we really appreciated. It was obvious they take pride in their work and refuse to cut corners. The entire project was completed on time, exactly as promised, and within the quoted budget. We were also impressed by how organized and professional the crew was and by the quality of the equipment they used from start to finish. It’s hard to find companies today that truly do what they say they’re going to do, but Chapman Construction exceeded our expectations in every way. We are extremely pleased with our new roof and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for honest, high-quality workmanship. They earned every bit of our 10 out of 10 rating!   I have had several contracts with Chapmans, doors, roof, major renovation. All were performed excelently without punchlist or call backs. They were punctual, permits all approved, and completed on time. They do the little things as well as the big items. Chapman's Owners visited regularly and on weekends to make sure we were happy and they inspected the work as well. I live out of state and they made it easy for me to keep up with the projects.

  Outstanding from start to finish! Collin is tremendous! We had several sections on our contemporary style roof with several angles that needed new flashing and repairs. Collin gave us a great estimate and his crew came out within the week and did an exceptional job. Very detailed oriented. These guys are the experts and it was evident in everything they did, even sweeping and cleaning up afterwards. Very Professional!!!

  Highly recommend this company! Collin came to give the estimate for the gutter guards. He came back later to ensure the work was completed. He even hammered in some nails that had pulled out. You just don't receive this kind of service any more. I will definitely call this company when I need their services in the future.

  Had new roof installed, replaced all soffit and gutters. Did an excellent job. The crews did great work, they cleaned up job site and made sure to try and not miss the small stuff. Couldn’t ask for better group of people to work on your house. Blake goes out of his way to make sure every detail is correct and that you are 100% satisfied. Job well done!!!

  We got a quote from a few different companies before deciding on Chapman. Chris was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond just replacing the roof. He went in the attic and realized a bathroom vent was not properly vented. No other company noticed this. The crew that put on the roof did a fantastic job. Their clean up process was amazing. You could not even tell they had been there. We will use them again next time we need something major done on our house.

  I scheduled an estimate with Chapman to repair a small section of vinyl siding on my chimney that blew off during a storm. I had the few pieces of siding and Blake reinstalled them free of charge. Great customer service!

  Collin from Chapman Construction came out to give us an estimate and was fantastic to work with. He was honest, straightforward, and never tried to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. He clearly explained what was wrong, how to solve it, and even offered to help as needed moving forward. Communication and follow-up were excellent throughout the process. It’s refreshing to work with someone who values honesty and customer service. Highly recommend Chapman!
