  I got an email for a review. I pressed 1 star because 0 stars wasn’t an option. Their system which it registered as 5 stars. Not surprised as the dishonesty. I do not recommend.

  Hi Samantha, We are sorry to hear that you are frustrated with your experience. After reviewing this service visit, our team was dispatched through your home warranty provider to determine the source of a ceiling leak. Upon inspection, we found a small hole with several chips in the bottom of your tub that have previously been filled with silicone. we explained that these findings indicate pre-existing damage which is unfortunately not covered in your home warranty,And not covered under most home warranty policies. We understand this can be disappointing but our plumbers followed warranty procedures and explained the situation honestly.   I called for a quote to run a gas line in a home we are renovating. They said the owner (Dennis) would come by between 1-2pm to take a look. Dennis calls me at 3:40pm to say he went by the house earlier and no one was home. Very weird …

  Delivered a hot water heater from Lowe's to this establishment. I am a Doordash driver, not a Lowe's employee. Picked up the order, which barely fit into my hatchback vehicle. Drove it to the business. Staff was rude and acted like I was a bother. Had to ask to get it unloaded. No thank you for your time, no tip. You would think a business would be more professional and courteous. Bad experience!

It looks like that water heater was ordered by 2-10 HBW and was sent to our facility so unfortunately we did not have control of any kind of tip from the door dash service. Stop by our office sometime and we will be happy to provide you with a cash tip!After checking with our warehouse manager, we see that he was able to unload it for you.

  Called late December, 2021 and set appointment for a quote on replacement of an exterior deck for January 3, 2022. Dennis arrived a bit late but was pleasant enough; spending a half hour or so listening to our needs, discussing options, timing and taking measurements. As of this writing it is now a month later with NO follow up. No call, no quote, not even a message to say, "we're not interested and sorry to have wasted everyone's time." As with most families these days we are busy and prefer to use our limited time productively. I recommend you look elsewhere.

  The worst experience I've had with ANY plumbing company. They came out to my house 4 different times for the exact same problem. They did the exact same thing every time they came out to my house, but expected it to "work this time". They never fixed the issue. The office manager is also extremely rude. I will tell everyone I know how horrible the service was and how awful the customer service was. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  They roofed my house n I'm very pleased. They showed up at 7am got right to work n the whole job was done by 5pm. It looks absolutely wonderful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great job guys n thank you!

  We had Ace Fence replace our fence that had been damaged from a storm last year. Ryan was professional and superior to work with. His goal was to make sure the job was done right. Ryan and his crew did excellent work and took very good care of our fencing needs. We highly recommend Ace Fence.
