We called for a quote to repair one gutter that fell off in a storm. The technician was courteous and nice, which is why I give 2 stars and not just one. But it took them 2 weeks and 2 phone calls to get back to me with a quote. And then …

The estimator, James, was courteous and professional. While examining my roof, he found nail pops and bothered to caulk up holes and area around a pipe. This gave me peace of mind since more storms were forecasted. He found the leak source and prepared an estimate for the repair. He did not try to pad the bill by adding additional items to the repair. I appreciated his honesty.

I had a fabulous experience with Storm Guard. Michael was very quick to set up an appointment to fix my roof leak and walk me through all possible outcomes. The team was very upfront with me about the financial aspect of solutions for the problem both short and longterm in a way that made me feel like I was not in any way being "knickel and dimed". Very professional, and I will absolutely be working with them again in the future.

James at Storm Guard was recommended by our painter. He responded quickly and did an inspection of some gutter that had come away from the roof. The problem worsened so we had Storm Guard do the repair, which was done in a day. Job well done and on time. A pleasure to work with this company.
