  I used Feazel for my house in 2017 and had a decent experience. They were contracted to do the roofs for a rental property I own in Morrisville last year. During their project, they caused a big crack in my 1st floor ceiling. I tried to reach out to them multiple times. They finally got back to me, came to the property and did admit they caused the issue. They said they would help fix it. After multiple attempts to reconnect with them, they were unresponsive. In total I contacted them 10 times over the course of 8-9 months. I was always professional with them but they never responded. I just paid for the fix out of pocket because the issue was getting worse over time. I'd go with a different roofing company if you need some work done.

  I had new roof installed within a year had water leaking from bathroom vent fan called company no response. Now almost 3 yrs later trying to get resolved.If I had known they are not locally owned and operated would not have had them do the job.Customer service no where near appropriate.In my opinion buyer beware.

  My roof is now leaking one month after a roof replacement. Plus they showed up randomly one morning with no notice after saying they were coming a week earlier.

  They did a good job but........My elderly Mom had to pay $700 to have gutters removed and put back on after the roofing replacement. She paid the gutter company out of pocket and her insurance company paid Feazel for the roof and gutters. …

  From the very first phone call to the finished inspection Craig and The Group from Feasel are absolutely amazing. They simply create a seamless process from beginning a claim to the property inspection process. Getting to know my inspector Craig, made me especially grateful for his attention to detail and willingness to take all the time necessary for a project completion.   Feazel Roofing absolutely exceeded my expectations. Before I even reached out to insurance, they provided incredibly detailed photos and explanations. When insurance became a headache, Feazel backed me up at every turn. Their patience and communication were top-notch, and I never once felt pressured. They use premium materials with industry-leading warranties, and they were flexible when I needed to push my installation out by a week. On replacement day, they walked me through what to expect, sent updates and photos all day long, and made sure every question I had was answered. The crew cleaned up so well you wouldn't even know a roofing project happened. If you're considering a roof replacement, Feazel is the team you want. Highly recommended.

  Our roof was replaced due to hail damage and leaks fom ice dams! We worked with Clint at Feazel and he coordinated with our insurance company and us to make sure we able to get an entire roof replacement! It was extremely easy to work with Feazel. The roofers did an excellent job installing the roof and cleaning up afterward. I highly recommend Feazel for your roofing needs.

  Travis and Matt came out for an inspection and guess what, they said my roof was fine and suggested me to just have it inspected yearly. No pushy sales play at all. great culture of the company. This is the company that I would trust and love doing business with.

  Our roof was damaged by hail a few years ago and we chose Feazel based on the guidance of our insurance company. They did a great job, and just today they came out to repair some wind-damaged shingles for us. Highly recommend!

  I did some AI and Google research before deciding on a company with a track record and an office in the area. I know there are plenty of roofers in this area, but I plan for this to be the final roof , at least in my lifetime. Brandon was the rep and documented the entire roof and associated structures with photos so he could demonstrate problems. I think there were over 30 images. We decided to replace the 23+ year old skylights as well which seemed good wisdom rather than have to come back and deal with them several years after a new roof installation. Brandon was very thorough in explaining the materials options and why there approach may be superior to a cheaper installation. The installation was scheduled and the communication with the company and project manager was thorough and prompt. The materials were delivered at the time scheduled and the work started exactly on time. The crew managed deck furniture and covered areas of concern with tarps or netting. The entire job took about a day and a half. Clean-up was thorough and I only found 1 or 2 stray nails from the previous roof being removed. The price was in keeping with the range for a high quality roof and I have the reassurance of the guarantee which will pass on to the next occupant. I would definitely use Feazel again given the quality, scheduling and follow-up which were top notch.
