Iron Horse Roofing did an awesome job with our roof installation. From start to finish, Zac Cain helped us with every step. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and very easy to work with. As first time homeowners, we had never gone through this process or filed an insurance claim before, but he made this stressful endeavor go by smoothly and stress free. The day of the installation, the crew arrived punctually and were all more than courteous and skilled. They made quick work and were constantly cleaning and left our property in a pristine condition. One of the reasons we chose Iron Roof was due to reading all the other excellent reviews. They weren’t exaggerating, they provided an amazing service. The customer service Iron Horse Roofing provides really sets them apart and we are grateful to the whole team.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Zach absolutely deserves the recognition — and we’re not even done yet! I’ve been working with my insurance company to get my roof replaced, and Zach has made that process so much easier. Every time the insurance company asks for something — documentation, photos, estimates — he has it ready without hesitation. His responsiveness and follow-through have been outstanding. On top of that, he went ahead and put a temporary patch on my roof at no charge just to protect my home while we wait for approval. That kind of gesture says everything about his character and how he treats his customers. If you’re looking for a roofer who is reliable, proactive, and genuinely looks out for you, Zach is your guy. Highly recommend!
