Never got back to me with a quote for putting roof vents in a commercial roof. Waited a few months then when I called they said "it's too expensive to do"! So, if they don't want to do it, call the customer and tell them!! This is what …

We told his staff last year that we could not do any work because of the building design. There is a possibility of additional leaks or condensation... Very disingenuous and angry person

This has been the worst experience I've had with a company. After 2.5 months and 4 cancelled appointments the company has now cancelled our contact. An overall miserable time working with this company. We were disrespected, made empty …

False! We met with you and installed an emergency tarp to cover some missing shingles you had on November 6th; roughly 2-3 weeks ago. We had full intention of getting the repair done by Thanksgiving, but was met with 3 days of rain the week before, pushing yours to the day immediately after Thanksgiving. The reason we cancelled any upcoming work for you was because your wife, unhappy with the rescheduling, called the office screaming, yelling and called one of our staff a "Mother F****" and then threatened us all in a very aggressive manner. I am not willing to put any of our personnel in harms way by such unhinged behavior.

If you want to keep your leftover materials for future repairs then use a different company. My insurance company paid $13k to have my roof replaced by recovery roofing and they came out and did the work which was decent except the sagging …

Sir, we always over order on materials because of situations exactly like yours. We purchased the materials. We also did this during a time of rising costs; which is why supplemented your insurance. It was our material to return. The "Sag" on your roof is from one rafter being higher than another. We explained this to you and also gave you options on what do.I'm sorry you feel the way you do, but that's how an insurance restoration project has to be handled. Myself, including many others on my staff are licensed insurance adjusters ourselves with decades of experience behind us.

Work stated and product promised was not installed. Projects take forever to complete and excuses are all you get from owner-project management

Kevin from Recovery Roofing came out to inspect my roof and my concerns about a leaking range vent. Interestingly, he never actually went on my roof. He inspected my attic and told me I had dangerous white mold growing on my roof rafters in my attic due to poor ventilation. He said my family was breathing this in and that he was concerned for our safety. He quoted me $5000 to clean the mold and install new ridge and slant back vents. Terrified of the mold diagnosis, I had a mold inspection company come to my property the very next day. The inspector found no evidence of mold whatsoever in my attic or anywhere else in my home. Recovery Roofing was fraudulent in their assessment and used fear tactics to try to get me to purchase unnecessary repairs. Beware of this company.

Wow! Quite the lie. We were called out to inspect a range exhaust that had been leaking. Angela Dipaolo was brought up in the attic and was shown what looked like white mold and even wiped away some of it off the rafter. She was then … More

While I had high hopes for this company after they came out to evaluate my roofing issue, the promises of a quote were left unanswered. I reached out 3 times and was told the quote would come in a day or two but it never happened. Very disappointed.

I do apologize. We are down to one leak inspector and his mother just passed away last week. I will work with him to get that quote over to you as soon as possible.

No work was ever started. Mrs. Joan Mulford paid a deposit. She emailed a signed copy of our quote with extra items written in it by her. When we called her to discuss, she became angry. We will not "just apply caulk", when the unit can be replaced. We had told her that we would be happy to do the work, but we need to charge for it. She threatened us with bad reviews. We will not be held hostage to unhinged threats of bad social media reviews. At that point, we decided it was best to refund her deposit and cancel any work for her. Most of the statements above are false. Our scope of work is different than what was described. EDIT - The above review has been revised multiple times

We were in bad need of a new roof. Matt quoted quite a bit less than the other 2 companies we had out. Great job.

Top notch roofing company. We had difficulty with our insurance not wanting to replace our roof from hail damages. Hal fought for us and we finally got approval. The roofing crew can out, worked hard and got our roof replaced. I would highly recommend Roof Recovery for your roofing needs! Great experience using this company.

I recently had RRR replace the roof on my house (4600 sqft) - they previously did repairs that worked well for years. They were the lowest quote - 20% less than the next lowest - with architectural asphalt shingles (GAF) of equal or better rating then the other 3 quotes. The workmanship was top quality - zero issues or concerns. And near-perfect cleanup - a few scraps and nails that I did not report because they were trivial. They also added gutter guards and fixed a couple structural issues at a super reasonable price. It all took about a week of work - only the initial 2 days for the main roof replacement. The guards and fixes took multiple trips due to parts shortages. They also left a full package of shingles should the need arise in the future - we get hurricanes here - so repairs will continue to match. And very reassuring the whole time was the constant communication. Kelli was always helpful, diligent, patient and pleasant to work with - she even came by at lunch time for the final payment so I didn’t have to drive into town (I don’t mail checks any more). Thank you Kelli, Regi and all the very courteous men that worked so hard. You can bet RRR will be my first call should I have any concerns after the next hurricane.

Every person I’ve encountered with this business has been 5 stars. Chris Walkup was great to work with in the beginning and Reggie Smith was very friendly and highly professional when inspecting the job. Our new roof and gutters look great!

Had them come inspect an issue with a leaking gutter and check on the state of my roof. Reggie was great! He took pictures and explained what was going on which turns out not to be a major issue. He said half of the roof is in good shape, the other half may need work in 2-3 years. Very knowledgeable, honest, and detail minded. I have not had any work done yet but plan to have them add gutter guards if the estimate amount is reasonable/affordable for me. I definitely plan to contact them again once my roof needs work!

Matt and the team did an awesome job on our roof. They were able to replace the whole roof, fix leaks and damaged parts and replace our old sky lights with the new ones within 2 days and all for a fare price. They even came back and helped me to fix parts of my old siding that was not in the contract initially and didn't charge me extra for it.
