Watched one of their employees throw a propane tank to the ground from the roof of a house. (To clarify, a big one that is often used for propane grills). Incredibly unsafe and concerning way for an employee to act on a job.

Thank you for sharing your concern. Safety is a top priority for our team on every job site. To provide additional context, the situation you observed occurred while our crew was removing debris that had been left behind by a previous roofing contractor before we could begin our work. The propane tank in question was an empty tank that was part of that debris. Our crew confirmed the area below was clear, and the item was received by another team member for proper disposal. At no point were customers, pedestrians, or neighboring properties in danger. While we understand that job site activities can sometimes appear concerning when viewed from a distance, we take safety seriously and would never intentionally put people at risk. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation, and we remain committed to maintaining a safe work environment for our employees, customers, and surrounding community.

they guaranteed our roof on the house when we bought it. then when we had a leak, they came out and caulked it. when we realized the leak was a bigger problem, this company blocked our numbers. we spent over 10,000 trying to get our roof fixed. don’t let this company near your roof.

To all rooftop deck owners! Bill and his team did an exceptional exterior roofing job for us on two separate occasions in a very short span while turning over a rental property on an emergency timeline. He and Jackie were prompt in their responses and gave us very honest estimates when compared with other local providers. The job he completed was quite complex and appears to be have been done impeccably. Thanks Bill, Jackie, and crew! If you need your roof done in the city, especially those with a rooftop deck where many other companies will not even touch it, go with Bill & team and you will not regret it.

After noticing a leak near our attic, we called them for a repair. They identified damaged flashing and fixed it within a day. What I appreciated was that they didn’t push a full replacement right away. Another company tried to upsell us, but these guys were honest about what was actually needed. They showed before-and-after photos, which gave us peace of mind. Since then, we’ve had a few heavy rains, and everything’s been solid. It’s nice finding a company that focuses on solutions instead of sales.

They really did an amazing job and at a price that beat all other local offers. Were able to fit me in within a week and had the roof installed and trash removed. Even installed gutter guards and trimmed back my tree. Very grateful for these guys. Highly recommend.

Bill and his team at Stop Leak Roofing and Siding are AMAZING! We have had a leaking roof for 2 years and upon their very first visit they were able to quickly identify the problem and propose a solution. Bill was honest and thorough. They started the work within days. We already have them lined up for our next project and we would highly recommend them to anyone that needs roofing or siding work done. You won't be disappointed!
