  Updated 8/16...About a month after the work was completed on a brand new roof...Leaks are back and present in my house. Awaiting to update this following any warranty work, will update if they take care of my issues according to the warranty

  The company sub contracted the installation to untrained and unsupervised sub contractors who misapplied the shingles by not following the manufactures instruction . The resulting defects in appearance and performance exist to this day following many thousands of dollars of legal fees and years of litigation

  What a joke! Almost 8 months to complete what should have been a 2 day 101 roofing/gutter/siding job on a 1300 sq. ft ranch home with 2 gentle slopes. Chimney flashing leaked after the first rain, gutters needed multiple follow up contractor visits to correct, same goes for the gable siding. Nick quit responding to my emails when pressed for answers on the shoddy work, Nichole was a bit better but left me hanging again and again as well. Finally had to threaten legal action to get the work completed. I went with Stay Dry based on their reviews but regret having ever met. You pay your money you take your chance!!

  Stay Dry did an amazing job in walking us through the process and fixing our roof. We worked with Matt Songer and he came out quickly in March to patch our ridge vent after a bunch of wind caused it to peel up. Put a solid tarp on it to hold everything while we dealt with insurance. Matt and Stay Dry did quite a bit of work to go back and forth with our insurance company and explain why we couldn't simply replace a few shingles since they were all discontinued. That work finally paid off and insurance agreed that a full roof replacement was needed. After that determination they came out pretty quickly and got our roof installed. It looks great and we are very happy with everything Stay Dry has done for us to get us a new roof.

  We’ve had some pretty severe weather lately and I noticed a leak coming from garage ceiling. House is only 4 years old so I was worried. 2 ridge caps had blown off. Matt James got to my house in less than an hour and had it patched up within 10 minutes. Extremely good service.

  I rarely do reviews however, my recent experience with Stay Dry Roofing was so outstanding, I'm taking the time to do a write up! Hope people find this helpful in their decision making. My old roof was 20+ years old and of builder grade, needed an update! I did my research between several contractors, selected Stay Dry based on documented good/solid reviews and my interaction with their service representative when they performed their on-site inspection, estimate - no personal/internal warning vibes. I wanted a material upgrade, primarily, enhanced protection against hail/wind damage based on class of shingle (Class 3 and UL 2218 compliance testing) and other components. (Think insurance discount!) The price quoted was very comprehensive (Detailed line-item break out) and competitive when compared to other estimates I received for a higher quality product - they won the bid! Deposit paid, work scheduled two weeks later. Materials delivered on a Monday; crew arrived on Tuesday at daybreak and working under very grueling conditions (Current heat wave) until all was completed by sundown - a 14+ hour day for them! The crew was very professional, courteous, and focused on quality work and effort. No collateral damage to siding, windows, landscaping, driveway, yard, etc. The cleanup was ongoing throughout the demolition and installation process and was continued the next morning when they came back and executed a comprehensive walk around, final inspection. I never had a contractor leave this clean of a worksite before, truly well done! The new roof looks fantastic, warranty on materials and labor in place, and they worked with my insurance agent to process the homeowner's insurance discount. I'm feel confident about my roof being able to handle the remaining Indy summer and upcoming winter storms! I cannot recommend this company and their team members high enough! They will do a very good job for you with quality materials and skilled professionalism at a compe

  I got an estimate for gutter replacement. We noticed some of the fascia board would be replaced but no problem. As the install guys tore off the gutters, ALL of my wood holding the gutters on was rotted or gone. Stay Dry Roofing stepped up and helped me out BIG TIME. Helped me finance within 30 minutes for a major repair. More guys came out within an hour and started work. They did a fantastic job! Cant stress enough how this could've easily turned into a nightmare for me. Thank you to the crew that came out, Crystal Janice and Damien for making this as easy as possible.   We had hail/windstorm in April 2026 and subsequently several roof repair folks came by, all ignoring my “no solicitors” sign. Damian of StayDry was different, as he came to the door, saw the sign and walked back out to his truck. When I went to the door and said hi, Damian said he started to knock but wanted to respect the sign. At his request, I allowed him on my roof and he took lots of pictures of damage and walked through them with me. From start to finish Damian‘s approach of respect and earning trust made relatively easy work of the process of getting our roof replaced, covered by our insurance. He took all the time necessary, and was available seemingly 24/7 for questions. I had a few neighbors come by very impressed with the work that the roofers did, how quickly they got it done and how meticulously they protected are property with tarps, etc. I can highly recommend Stay Dry Roofing and all of the folks that I dealt with in their company, including my main contact Damian.
