  I already left a review in the past saying that soliciting is not allowed in our community. And it happened today again... same company... You guys at Star Plus need to learn how to read a sign and respect our community.

  Beware they will try to make you pay for work first before work , and will half do work , if you not Spanish they don’t care , garbage…..

  I got a new roof 10 days ago and we are very pleased. The workers were all very professional and took good care of the surrounding property. The roof looks great and the cleanup was excellent!   Star Plus Group was an excellent choice for my roof replacement. The job was completed in one day with a beautiful roof and total cleanup. Isabela Perdomo, Project Manager, was excellent from beginning to end of project. She informed of every step with pictures and explanations. She exemplified expert knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and a pleasing personality at all times. She followed up and made sure my roof replacement was a success.   The team at Star Plus Group made the whole process feel easy and smoothly. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, everything was done with care. I really appreciated how responsive and caring everyone was, especially Isabela who guided me through every step of the process.   Had an excellent experience with Star Plus. They worked directly with the insurance company and took care of everything with respect to the full roof replacement of our home. Specifically, Isabella was great to work with. She communicated every step in the process with us and was on site the day of the install to ensure a smooth execution of the project. The crew was respectful and made sure everything was left clean after the job was done. Highly recommend this company!
