i bought a house knowing the roof was pretty old but hoping it would last a little longer. of course it didn't. noticed a water stain in the garage ceiling and decided to just get the whole thing replaced before it got worse. the guys at st petersburg roof replacement gave me a quote that was right in the middle of the others i got. they started work a few weeks later. stripping the old roof is a really messy process. dust and old nails everywhere. they ended up finding some rotted plywood decking near the edge that we didn't know about. the foreman took a picture on his phone and came down to show me. he explained how much the extra wood would cost before they did anything. I appreciated that they didn't just surprise me with a bill at the end. it took an extra day to finish because of the wood repair. the new roof is just a dark charcoal shingle. looks sharp against the white siding. they spent about an hour at the end just picking up trash and running a magnet over the grass. decent company to work with.

We manage a small commercial plaza and the flat roof over the main office has been a persistent issue. Every time it rained heavily, we'd get water spots on the ceiling tiles. We paid for several cheap patch jobs over the years but the …

We live in a ranch house from the 70s and the upstairs has always been way too hot in the summer. We had two different handymen tell us to just add more insulation, but it never really helped much. When it was finally time to replace the old 3-tab shingles, the estimator from this company pointed out that we had almost no exhaust ventilation at the top of the roof. The hot air was basically just trapped in the attic baking the house. We hired them to do the full replacement and they added a continuous ridge vent along the top. The installation took about two and a half days. They had a dumpster in the driveway which was a little inconvenient for parking, but they moved it as soon as they were done. The new architectural shingles look fine, just a standard brown color. The biggest difference is the temperature inside. It's noticeably cooler in the hallway now. Glad someone finally figured out the actual problem instead of just guessing.

Process was straightforward. We needed the flat TPO roof replaced on our small retail building because it kept cracking. The estimator showed up on time and gave us a clear price. The start date got pushed back by two days because of rain …

The new architectural shingles look fine. They finished the tear-off and install in about two days.

we switched to a metal roof last month. it took a little longer to install than i thought it would, but it seems pretty solid. no leaks so far.

needed a fix after some heavy winds knocked a bunch of tiles off our roof. it was a headache trying to find someone who actually calls you back. st petersburg roof replacement came out and looked at it, gave us a quote that same afternoon. They managed to find replacement tiles that matched our faded ones closely enough. the workers just got it done and didn't leave a mess in the driveway. nice to not have a tarp up there anymore.
