  When no roofing company in the St. Louis area would come help us stop a massive leak that was affecting our animal shelter. I reached out to St. Louis Roofing and Curtis, and his team rushed to our aid in frigid temperatures to try and stop the leaks and devise a plan moving forward on how to solve our roofing issues correctly. St. louis roofing went above and beyond to help our animals and employees. Thank you!!! We will never forget!!!

  When you find yourself in the unhappy place where you have to repair or replace a roof finding a reliable contractor shouldn't be as hard as it is. Sorting the list which is rife with scam outfits, fly by night out of town LLC's who flood the area after a bad weather event, mixed in with legitimate national and local family run operations can be time consuming and frustrating. I live in a townhome community where our HOA comprises 5 units with each unit made up of 4-5 single family dwellings. Built in 2007 many had developed leaks needing repair. At almost 20 years it was time to consider across the board roof replacement rather than paying for expensive and short term band aid fixes. As of today 4 of the 5 separate buildings have been completed with the final one remaining to be done later this year. The intent was to contract with a single roof company to do all the work. What you look for is a company that's established with a verifiable track record, that's reliable, staffed with skilled project managers who listen, and last but NOT least professional, competent installers because you're only as good as the quality of your work. Price is always a major consideration but you live with what you get and you get what you pay for so that's part of the equation. The final cost was based on a contract that included all 5 units, and volume equals better pricing so there we had a clear advantage. That brings me to St. Louis Roofing Company and our unique experience. Since day 1 every expectation has been met or exceeded. The planning and execution of each installation is done with almost military precision. Work starts early and ends late, no wasted steps or time. Watching the crew work is a lesson in how you get a big job on time and on budget. No shortcuts with every detail done to the highest industry standards.   We had St. Louis Roofing install a new roof on our storage warehouse in Shrewsbury. I was very pleased with the strategy they implemented to solve my roofing problem. No other company presented me multiple with, cost-saving options for solving my roofing dilemma. The end result was a solid, reliable roof that I won't have to deal with again. Problem Solved!
