  I had a very challenging experience with this company. I called and scheduled an estimate for a Wednesday. A guy showed up and took photos but said he could not give me an estimate or tell me what the repair entailed until he talked to his boss. When asked what timeline that might be, he said that day or the following day. The boss of the company called and asked if his guy was still at my house, to which I said no, but then talked to him about my issue. He mentioned he would come out later that day (Wednesday) or the following day and look personally and let me know. I was super impressed with this customer service. Fast forward to Friday when I called back and he had not come out, did not remember that he told me that he would and told me that he "did not want the job" because he was worried about his own liability and "didn't want to waste his time" if I wasn't open to a more extensive repair. I told him I was willing to do what was necessary to stop leaking in my home and he said he would come out the following day and call back (Saturday). He never came out and never called back. To be completely clear, his guy was late for the original appointment with no phone call, he never refused the job and told me twice he would come out and did not come out OR return a phone call. Exquisitely poor professionalism. My family works in real estate in another state for over 2 decades and we have never experienced this degree of issues with professionalism. I would not recommend this company.

  Set up a window of time to have a leak looked at with my roof before the rain comes in this week. Supposed to show up around 4pm. 7pm finally came around and still nothing, not even a call. Don't waste your time and look elsewhere for service.

  Great experience with Conner Roofing company! They finished the work quickly and Justin was very responsive throughout the process. Justin's communication was excellent and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend them!

  I hired Conner Roofing after another roofing company let me down. I had hail damage on my roof, and Justin at Conner roofing helped me through the entire process of meeting with my insurance company and getting the roof replaced. Justin was easy to work with and was very thorough. He explained things to me. He took his time to make sure I understood what to expect. I am very happy with the new roof. Justin was on site to make sure things went well. The crew was here early and finished early. They made sure that everything was cleaned up. I would highly suggest Conner Roofing and make sure to ask for Justin Summers

  Couldn’t Have Asked for a Better Experience Connor Roofing completed a full roof replacement, full siding replacement, and new gutters. Each phase was completed incredibly efficiently — one day for the roof, one day for the siding, and one day for the gutters. The results are honestly amazing. The house has that brand-new house feeling, and the quality of the work really shows. Justin personally inspected each phase of the project to make sure everything was done correctly and that we were happy with the finished product. What stood out most to me was the communication and professionalism throughout the entire process. For a first-time homeowner going through a project of this size, having someone who keeps you informed, answers your questions, and genuinely takes pride in the work makes a huge difference. I would highly recommend Connor Roofing and Justin Summers to anyone in the St. Louis area looking for roofing, siding, gutters, or other exterior work. Huge thanks to Justin and the entire Connor Roofing crew. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!

  There's a reason this company has so many great reviews: From start to finish, Justin and his crew were professional, efficient, organized, on time, and this one is very important for me with children: clean. The crew had a dumpster and used tarps around the perimeter of our house. Justin came by right after the crew had cleaned up and gone with magnets to get any nail or piece of metal not detected. He also double checked the work to make sure it was perfect and we were satisfied. Communication was almost immediate from the first phone call inquiry. Justin came out that day to hear and see my concerns, offered his unbiased opinion on rectifying the problem, and almost exact price quotes for all options in the same day. He brought big piece examples of the colors we were considering. We went with a new roof as ours was past its prime. Communication throughout the process was top tier. A week later we had the materials in our driveway and 2 weeks later the crew came out to replace. Hands down, this was the best experience with a company for getting work done on my house.

  Stephan Jonhson made everything easier. Great at communicating the process through insurance. We have never had a claim with insurance. The job was done in a professional manner. The roof looks awesome! Stephan also got deductible lowered. Awesome company to work with. Always call back if you leave a message. Always friendly.

  We just had a new roof put on our carriage house after a tree fell through it. The owner was phenomenal to work with and gave me recommendations above and beyond the minimum, brought over samples, and built a spreadsheet outlining costs. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again should we need something.

  I worked with Aaron Conner on my insurance claim from the hail storms in March 2025. It took a little bit of time to get the project wrapped but that was more an issue of supplies, but I was kept up to date the entire time of the status of everything. Would definitely use again.

  TLDR: Conner Edmond and the entire team at Conner Roofing are attentive and helpful throughout the whole process, and they supply some of the best shingles on the market. Like most roof replacements, mine was an insurance claim. Since it had been a while since my last roof replacement, I started by researching the most reliable shingles. Long story short, most people suggested Owens Corning Duration shingles. They aren’t the cheapest or the most expensive, but they are a Class 3 shingle which will help with longevity, especially either Missouri weather. Also, you might qualify for a small discount on your homeowners insurance (definitely keep that in mind and check with your provider). When pairing a quality product with a solid installation, you want a certified installer to ensure better warranty coverage and peace of mind. Conner Roofing checked all those boxes for me. Install day came and went smoothly. The crew I interacted with was very nice and worked hard all day to finish the job. The cleanup went well, leaving very little behind for me to pick up later. It actually rained that evening and into the next day, and my attic stayed completely dry with no issues. I had a few questions for Conner after the installation, and he got back to me quickly, thoroughly answering each one. Thanks guys!
