  This company was doing roof repairs on the home next to me. They parked in my driveway without permission, placed equipment and items on my private property that I own, and blocked me in when I was able to finally pull into my own driveway.

  Called and made an appointment. They showed up without even calling and climbed on my roof with no warning. I was not home at the time so scared my daughter. Received the quote pretty quick but when I called gene to schedule the work no answers nor any phone calls back after several voicemails. Gave the work to someone else. Would Not recommend.

  Reached out in July and was told they aren't taking on any new work until September because they are overloaded. Reached out again this winter and they yet again told me they are too busy to even provide a quote. Terrible customer service.

  Their work maybe fine but their calendar keeping and communication is laughable. After a week of waiting for them to swing by they advised me to reach out to "another reputable roofing company here in St. Louis" and I'm going to advise you do the same.

  They Started backing up beeping construction trucks, screaming at each other, Hammering and tearing off a roof at 5:15 AM. There is an ordinance in Manchester where you cannot start construction working till seven. These people don’t give one care about anybody. They were being as loud as possible, two full hours before they were legally allowed to start working!!

  Still waiting for the final work to be completed! - A year later!! I had to make a BBB complaint outlining and detailing with over 18 pics... complaint #18314020 I have attached the 2 contracts I signed with Frederic Roofing for my house roof and 2 flat roof balconies on the east and west side of the home, totaling $74,876.00 ( Attachment A ) Within a week of signing, I was emailed asking to change the payment terms of the signed agreement. (Attachment B) It was more than 2+ months before the job began. They contracted the hardest group of international roofers I have ever seen. There was a crew of over 12, At no time during the tear off did the Supervisor or owner representing the company show up to check on anything or anyone. I presume due to the language barrier I was never notified, warned, called or even a knock on the door to notify me they were about to begin. It could have killed me. (Attachment C) The main roof contract had a few small issues that the company addressed throughout the drug out project. Due to lack of communication 2 chimney supports were "roofed - around" and left hanging, flopping around on the new 65K roof. I had to bring this to different members of Frederic roofing for months on end. Finally, 1 of the 2 supports were removed and one is still there (Attachment D1 & D2) ** THIS NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO FINAL STATEMENT Damages occurred during the major tear off on the East side of the house to include a broken fence and damaged deck (Attachment E & F) On the west side of the house during the tear off the side door awning was ruined (Attachment G) I immediately brought it to the representative's attention, but he acknowledged he had seen it. 2 bids were submitted for replacement (Attachment H & I) I went with Jefferson Tent & Awning, a reputable STL company and the lesser of the 2 bids. Never has the damage been acknowledged on my statement or credit for the replacement bid. ** THESE DAMAGES NEED TO BE MADE RIGHT BEFORE FINAL STA

  We had a great experience with this roofing company. They were quick, responsive, and very accommodating throughout the entire process. Any issues that came up during the roof replacement were addressed promptly, and they made sure everything was taken care of before the job was complete. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of the work and service provided. Overall, we’re very happy with our new roof and the entire experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and reasonably priced roofing company.

  Frederic did a great job! We are very happy with our new roof and skylights and would definitely recommend Frederic. Our salesperson was on top of our project, office staff answered questions promptly and work crew professional and thorough. Follow up contacts after the job was completed to make sure we were satisfied too. Frederic should teach other businesses how to treat their customers - there is a good reason for their longevity. Frederic didn't disappoint. Highly recommend. Thanks to all!

  I had Frederic come do a full repair of my roof. They came early with a full crew and they were finished by 4pm. They did an excellent job cleaning up around my house after they were finished. I even had worse damage to my decking than I thought and Anthony made sure to communicate to us the entire time about the extra costs. We were tiny bit over our budget and Frederic was really accommodating on when we sent our payment in. I would 100% recommend Frederic, I feel safe knowing that the work was done well, the communication was excellent, and the crew was extremely friendly.

  We are really happy with the product, workmanship, and customer service of Fredric. We worked with them to get new shingles asphalt, gutters, and disposal of our old gutters. AJ went above and beyond with his customer service. Highly recommend.

  Frederick installed a new class four shingle roof and it looks great! Great customer service. Responsive and very clear throughout the quoting process, providing options beyond my expectation. Started work on time, did everything they said they were going to do, and perfored the finishing touches I requested. All in all a very positive experience. They have been in business a long time for a reason, I would definitely recommend them
