  Bill set up an appointment to give me an estimate for a roof repair and didn't show or call. Then he had the nerve to insult me for his mistake. Very unprofessional

  We had a large flat roof replaced by SRQ Building Services. Raymond responded the next business day to my inquiry and even came out on a weekend to look at it and give us a quote. We'd already been doing some DIY repairs to it and they were fine leaving the good parts of that intact and working around it. They started work the following week. He estimated 3 weeks to complete but they worked the weekend and got it done in just over a week! Excellent work, timely, flexible and great communication throughout the project.

  There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Mr. Ray Zuniga and all of SRQ employees. We lost everything in Helena flood. My dad 2 days before then our House, possessions, cars, job and becoming my moms caregiver all at once. SRQ gave us our home back. Everything is perfection. The customer service the work, everything turned out better then I ever expected. This was my first time needing to hire a contractor and I'm the luckiest person in the world to hit the jackpot when I found his card. Now we can start to heal from all the tragedy we went through. I'd like to add, not only did Mr. Zuniga fix our entire home but he gave me my faith back that their are still good people that care. We had no other help from anyone at all not even family and Mr Zuniga made up for all of that. SRQ is absolutely part of our family now and I will NEVER call on any other contractor EVER! These words are not enough by far. Thank you Mr. Zuniga for being you and thank you to Juan and David and everyone else that gave us our home back.   Update, I just had my roof replaced after some of their products fail, after the warranty confusion they fix my roof very quickly, they crew was very professional, meet the owner very professional. If I had my fix any roof I will call them they know what they doing

  I was very impressed with the speed and completion of a new roof. The roofers worked long hours and cleaned up everything when the job was finished. Did I mention that the roof looks beautiful? I would definitely recommend SRQ Building Services for a new roof installation or repair.

We decided to go in another direction based purely on cost comparison and not for the excellent detailed communication with Angelo..
