  Terrible. His crew rebuilt a deck - out of code, screw points sticking through wood, caulking applied like a ten-year-old. No permit. Work performed under a license suspended for Workers Comp violations. When notified about his need to correct the job - crickets. Avoid this man.

  After several calls to local roofers who said they would inspect my leaking roof, set appointments, and then did not show up or follow through, it was a relief to finally find a dependable roofing company. While at a nearby home in San Mateo, I watched a roofing crew installing a new roof and was impressed by how organized, efficient, and professional they were from tear-off to installation. I called that same morning and was able to get an appointment just two days later. Stanley arrived right on time and did a very detailed inspection of our roof leak, ventilation concerns, and overall roofing system. He took time to answer all of my questions, explained the problem areas in simple terms, and recommended better solutions that fit our roof’s needs and the local San Mateo climate. The whole roofing process was smooth from start to finish. Kyle confirmed the materials order, Maximus helped get the project scheduled, and the crew leader kept us updated on the installation timeline and arrival time. The roofing team was highly skilled, hardworking, and careful throughout the job. They also found a few additional problem areas and clearly explained the needed repairs before completing them. The workmanship was excellent from beginning to end, and the new roof and ventilation improvements gave us real peace of mind. We are very thankful and would strongly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof repair, roof replacement, or ventilation work.

  After some heavy rain, I noticed a roof leak and reached out for help. Kyle came out on a Saturday evening, checked the problem, answered all my questions, and really put me at ease. That showed me right away that he cares more about helping people and doing honest roofing work than making a quick dollar. He was straightforward, professional, and clearly takes pride in his craft. I chose this roofing company because I value working with trustworthy people, and that decision turned out to be the right one. Kyle treated my leak issue with urgency and respect, and I felt confident in his integrity from the start. They were professional, dependable, and much more detailed than the other roofing contractors who gave me estimates. Instead of giving a rough guess, they measured the roof properly and provided a clear quote based on actual square footage, which gave me more confidence in the job. They were not the lowest bid, but they also were not overpriced, and the strong warranty plus great reputation made the choice easy. The whole roofing process was simple, and the crew stayed attentive to my questions and concerns during the tear-off and installation. There was one section of the finished roofline that I wanted adjusted for appearance, and Kyle returned quickly to make it right with no hassle. Since the new roof was installed, I have had a couple of minor water-related concerns and reached out for help. Both times, Randall responded promptly and took the time to inspect everything carefully. The first visit showed that the issue was not the roofing system at all, but a siding area and a window seal that needed attention. Even so, he still helped as much as possible to reduce the chance of needing another contractor right away.   I had my roof replaced recently and the team did a fantastic job from start to finish. They handled all the insurance paperwork and took detailed photos for the records, making the whole process easy for me. Stanley kept in touch throughout the project, answering all my questions and explaining everything clearly about the roofing work being done.   Our steel building in San Mateo had developed some roof leaks at the seams and around the vent pipes after several years. Abbey Roofing Co. gave us a fair estimate to install their multi-layer roofing system, which also came with a 10-year warranty. Many years have passed, and with just a little maintenance now and then, we only recently noticed a minor leak for the first time. I thought we’d need a total roof replacement, but Stanley checked it out and explained that the main roof membrane is still in solid shape. He said we just need to update the reflective coating on top, which will add another 5 years to our warranty—probably even more before we’ll need more than basic upkeep. Choosing this fix was an easy decision!
