  I was promised a full metal roof and was shocked to see that about 15% of my roof is covered in tpo. It took over 2 months to complete my roof and construction debris was left in my yard for two months. In addition the tear off crew did not clean the staples from my deck, walkway, or driveway after the first day. I had to carry my dog outside when we went for a walk. They scratched one of my windows during tearoff. After they finally finished and cleaned up, i ran my own magnetic sweeper around my house and picked up over 200 staples and nails. I asked for a partial rebate since they did not fulfill the contract but they refused.

  Senior woman I know, Spokane Roofing charged her $500 and they were on her roof for 10min. Just installed silicone and left. Talk about taking advantage of people

  Spokane Roofing applied a 60 Mil TPO GAF product on our three car garage in December of 2019. Large sized and number of wrinkles appeared gradually in the next month or so. We were told by a Spokane Roofing employee when the roof was first inspected that is was "one of the worst installations" he had seen. Since that point, Jeff Sitton, owner, stated wrinkles are "normal" in winter installations and they will do nothing about it. We were sent a note of apology for any inconvenience and a certificate for dinner out. When further pressed, Jeff Sitton contacted GAF. We got a letter from the manufacturer saying "wrinkles are normal" but we received no response to our questions concerning this specific roof i.e. had they seen pictures of it? Frustrating. I started the process of concern and compliant almost a year ago now. Long delays, promises to address the issue, and non-responsiveness. Don't hire this company.

  We called this company for a shingle repair job And had been given an estimate over the phone based on the number of bundles of shingles we thought we needed. Because our pictures weren't clear, someone came out yesterday to look at them more closely. Today he called us back and told us these shingles weren't stocked here and they'd be twice as much and he could only get them from Olympia. Apparently these aren't very common. After feeling somewhat outraged, I made a few phone calls myself and found 300 bundles in Spokane Valley for very little more than the regular shingles of that type. Apparently, someone else had called on those same shingles some earlier. I would HIGHLY suggest doing your homework to make sure you are dealing with a reputable company, as this one, in my opinion, is not.

  Stu Fried originally replaced my roof 19 years ago. Recently due to severe winds & rain some roofing was ripped off. I called and they immediately repaired the problem. Fantastic people to work with

  Spokane Roofing always delivers excellent, on time and friendly service. They will definitely solve your roof problems. They will also treat you as a valued customer. We are super happy that we decided to go with Spokane Roofing for installation and yearly maintenance of the flat membrane roof on our home.   For the first time ever we had moss starting to grow on our roof. We didn’t know who to call so called Spokane Roofing since they installed the roof 17 years ago. They determined we did not need a new roof but the moss did need to be removed. The person they sent was professional & thorough.

March 2026 Spokane Windstorm Damage Response Shines Spokane, Washington is not commonly known as the Windy City, but a recent windstorm with gusts up to 70 miles per hour left me wondering about that. Even after substantial windstorm damage, Spokane Roofing Company was well-equipped to respond. Our windstorm damage response ranged from inspecting simple blowoffs to patching the roof for one business owner who lost half of a 50,000 square-foot single-ply, membrane roof. Severe windstorms occur every year in some areas of the country. We are fortunate in the Spokane Metropolitan area, which is one of the few regions that gets close to the full term of a commercial roof’s expected life.
