  Couldn't leave my apartment because one of your guys couldn't fully park in the parking spot and blocked the entrance and exit.

  Project was replacement of vinyl siding with steel siding: Quality of old siding removal was fair with some minor repairs needed. Siding installation work was terrific. Steel siding materials were above and beyond expected quality. HOWEVER, not enough materials were ordered for necessary project. Communication from company representatives and office staff was unacceptable and almost non-existent. Project was delayed for numerous unknown reasons and took over 5 weeks for a 2 week job. Would not recommend this company overall.

  Don’t do it. They might be the worst at installing windows. The original work was done last summer and a few weeks ago someone came out to fix some of the problems. Now they have sent me an incorrect invoice, ha! Sloppy work, wish they never touched my house. Now I get to fix the messy and inadequate job they did caulking. Save yourself many hassles and don’t hire them. The last photo is of some of the metal they left laying in my yard. Everyone who comes to my house knows that I have a small dog. So disrespectful!

  This company was stuck on a back road that was a closed county road, and not accessible by any vehicles, only machinery. We were approached and asked if we could get them out. Not only did it take our company 3 hours to get them out but they also ruined the road and a wheat field! The owner Mark and there accounting department would not get back to us about the bill we sent them! After multiple attempts to contact them, we finally got ahold of them, not only was Mark super disrespectful to our daughter but he also wouldn’t talk to my husband (owner). Mark also decided he wasn’t going to pay the full bill only what he thought it was worth! This is the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. Not to mention disrespectful not only to people but property as well. Highly don’t recommend doing business with this company.

  Specialty HP has been in business for 43 years and have ALWAYS tried to give the best services available. We are 5 Star or Platinum in every product we provide. Unfortunately, we had a truck get stuck. Our driver asked a neighbor who ended up being Carlon Contracting to help him get un-stuck, which he did. This took approximately 3 hours. The following day we received a bill from said contractor for $5,168.35. I was disappointed and taken back to say the least. We then contacted 2 contractors for pricing on the machine that was used (Bobcat) and an operator. The higher of the 2 was $155 per hour opposed to $1600+ per hour. We appreciate the help but like anyone else, refuse to be taken advantage of. If anyone would like more details on this matter, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

  A recent roofing job took twice as long as it should have and left a mess. I collected 60 nails from the driveway and yard when they left without doing any cleanup.

  Rick was great to work with. Friendly and informative with no pressure. Todd showed up to do the shingles replacement and had it done in no time. Definitely would recommend Specialty Exteriors!

  A section of trim fascia I had installed about five years ago had fallen off my house in a recent wind storm. They came out the next day and had it fixed in about a half hour. Thanks to the Specialty team!

  They said it will take 2 days 3 if weather was bad they finished in one. Roof looks amazing. A few days after it rained like crazy no issues. Just solid all around work. 10/10 will use their services again!

  Completed our VERY large roof replacement project earlier than estimated and great clean up after the work was complete. Was contacted by the company on completion day to see if there were any questions and make sure the project went as planned.
